No nonsense with the quote, he was able to respond timely multiple times with a reasonable quote within expectations. Started and completed work very efficiently but more importantly the work effort is exemplary, the house was left pristine, the furniture John custom made was beautiful but in terms of woodwork and also painting and we are so happy. It was a made to measure set of living room cabinets, I am so happy we went with John I would say he is the best carpenter in the area as other cowboys ask for a lot more money and aren’t able to think outside the box.

John has done many jobs for me over the years. The latest job is as wonderful as the last! John is professional, friendly, tidy and does his very best at a great price. I would recommend him to anyone.

We've had several jobs undertaken with Jd carpentry now - a staircase renovation, fire door installation and most recently parquet flooring installation.
