Very speedy call out, explained what the problem was and the remedy and most importantly the approximate cost. Worked quickly, cleared up any mess, which was kept to a minimum anyway. After contacting Homecure regarding a boiler issue they arranged an appointment the next morning. Josh arrived on time and could not have been more helpful and pleasant to deal with. 100% satisfied with their service.
My boiler was installed in 2020 and I have only had one fault. This was rapidly resolved, with a replacement part fitted by Vaillant. The annual service has always been carried out with professionalism, by very efficient engineers.
An appointment for a boiler service was straightforward to arrange and an engineer attended the following day. All work was satisfactory.
