I called Sadeeq from Al Noor PHB Services out the other day because my downstairs lights weren't working and i was welcomed by a very polite, soft spoken gentleman. Before coming out he used his time served knowledge to try to walk me through the problem on the phone, however we needed his expertise in person to fix the problem. When Sadeeq arrived he was very polite and courteous and was very efficient in his work. He got my downstairs lights fixed in no time.
