I highly recommend Nelson. He has done emergency plumbing for me twice, once on a Sunday evening and once on a Saturday at 10pm. Both times he was with me very soon and left me with a functioning home. He is friendly, professional, efficient, thorough, does what he says he'll do - and more - , leaves everything tidy and does not overcharge.
We’ve relied on NPH Plumbing & Heating for all our plumbing and heating needs for several years now. Nelson is a highly skilled and honest professional, offering excellent service at very reasonable prices. No job is too small—whether it’s fixing a leaking shower or repairing a boiler (even our very old 20+ years one), he’s always able to solve the problem. He recently fitted a new bathroom for my sister and did an outstanding job. He’s truly a gem and someone I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!
Nelson turned up on time to provide a quote and discussed all aspects of the job. The quote was received within 48 hours and provided a description of the work to be undertaken and costs.

Despite what other heating engineer had said . Nelson managed to get the heating cycle into the loft without any issues.

Nelson is a very fair and honest plumber. His after sales service is brilliant and on 2 occasions has managed to fix any error codes that may appear years later over the phone. I would highly highly recommend him. His response time is also very quick which is useful !
This is the second time we used Nelson’s services. He did a full boiler service for us last time. This time around he came out as an emergency on New Year’s Eve late afternoon to fix a very tricky leak that caused water damage to our ceiling. We feel indebted he sorted out our dripping ceiling on his day off. He’s always professional, good at communicating, and great at getting the job done. Highly recommended!
