Absolutely wonderful service, got our fireplace capped off within hours of calling, we wasn't expecting it to be so quick so was a very nice surprise. The engineer came and he was absolutely lovely, friendly and very professional. Definitely using SEP from now, thank you so much.

We had our gas boiler, pump and motorised valves replaced. The whole process from the quote to job sign off was slick and professional. Just had new doors fitted by Josh , really happy with the planning , wait times and service . We have just had new carpets and Josh ensured he took the doors out carefully to limit mess , he’s trustworthy , I had to go out and leave him the key ,he’s efficient and explained what he was doing along the way , he’s also very tidy when working , Would not hesitate to use Josh again for anything in the future!

We've had the heating system converted from conventional to combi, plus change of all the radiators with SEP. I would like to highly recommend the company. Very professional team of engineers, clean and tidy, all rubbish collected and all done within 2 days. Thank you very much!!!

Excellent service from reporting our problem at reception and very quick call out response to our problem. Very Professional company. Richard & his Apprentice kept us informed of their arrival and diagnosed our boiler heating problem straightaway. Went above and beyond to rectify everything.
