Our 20 year old hot water immersion tank finally gave out, and began leaking onto the floor and leaving us with no hot water. Tony was able to come out early the next day and told us that we needed to replace the whole thing unfortunately. Tony was able to guide us with an affordable replacement and even installed the whole thing with his colleague two days later, including getting help to rewire the circuit board and installing all new pipework. He always charges reasonable prices and can always diagnose the problem straight away. Thank you Tony!
