I called Michael up a month and half ago to look at and fix a leakage from our upstairs bathroom which was dripping through the ceiling into our kitchen. He came promptly and spent good time getting the job done. Clear proof is that it's been almost 2 months since then and fortunately no problem / leakage at all! Michael arrived within the allotted time. He was cheerful, very personable and respectful of our property. Michael worked quickly and efficiently. He went above and beyond his call of duty. He was absolutely amazing I would highly recommend Michael and will be definitely using him again.

At last! A plumber who is willing to 'go the extra mile' – in every sense! After literally months of trying to get a local plumber to even come and look at a small leak in an old lead mains pipe, we were forced to look further afield. We are now glad we did. We are so happy to have found Michael who kindly came to our aid, in spite of the fact we were out of his usual area, and the problem is now fixed. Friendly, approachable and very reassuring, he had the sort of expertise which only comes with years of experience. Although, they were only with us a couple of hours, he and his son both had the sort of quality which inspires trust. We will definitely call them first for any future plumbing needs.

Came on time - rang me beforehand to check, very friendly, polite and helpful. Job well done - there were unforeseen complications but Michael took it in his stride and wasn't at all preturbed - just got on with it. Very professional. Job completed to very high standard. Tidied up afterwards and left everything clean. Fairly priced - would highly recommend 👍👍👍
