A year on, March 2021, I decided to use Hancox again and for a much bigger job. Bathroom and toilet refurbishment. The house is my family home and Dad passed from Covid in 2020 so the whole project was very emotive and required care on all fronts but also was more challenging than expected, the bathroom was rotting and damp. The outcome is beautiful and was successfully achieved by Hancox with an another outstanding experience. David and his team are excellent, especially Eamonn who put in extra effort throughout. I highly recommend Hancox! Review in March 2020 Hancox is an outstanding company. Very reliable, courteous and clearly Eamonn & George knew their stuff. This was changing the old style & size radiators to the new and involved adjusting the piping to fit the new size. This was done very well, so that the radiators look well fitted and tidy. They kept me informed at all stages and were very friendly & professional. I would highly recommend using Hancox. Thank you!

Hancox have just replaced my old central heating boiler with a new combi boiler. Their engineers Rob and Luke carried out the work efficiently and skillfully, tidying up as they went. They worked tirelessly and professionally and I was amazed at the amount of work they put in. The new pipework in my airing cupboard is a work of art, so much so that my husband took a photo to show people at his work. I am undergoing treatment for breast cancer at the moment and Hancox had promised to carry out the work as quickly as they could to minimise the time I was without heat whilst I'm vulnerable. They exceeded my expectations. I had a lump in my throat when Rob and Luke came back from getting some materials with some heaters for me to borrow that night to keep the house warm. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hancox and will certainly use them again.

Outstanding. Clearly the owner of this company and the team within have very high standards. All work was carried out in a professional and timely manner. The fitters Rob and Luke answered all of the questions and are an absolute credit to the company. Would also like to thank Leslie and Helen for being flexible with dates. Fantastic service, it was straight forward, very informative, the workers they sent out were efficient, friendly and easy to work with. They installed my new boiler in 1 day, it's been a week so far since the completion of the job, and I've had no issues so far. Another plus is that they cleaned up after themselves completely without leaving anything in my driveway/garden I would 100% reccomend

Have been using This company to service my gas boiler/ plumbing repairs for the last 3 years and have always had excellent service at a reasonable price. Yesterday I had the latest annual service carried out but also arranged for the engineer to replace my bathroom basin tap with one I had bought myself. Unfortunately my new tap was the wrong type so the engineer went and bought another one and fitted this. This was exceptional service. The engineer was also punctual, friendly and very professional. He also left everything very clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this company.
