Graham Plumbing Merchants is one of the best place to get your parts, the staff on the counter’s are very knowledgable & helpful when you need advice & give you the correct parts. Would advice anyone to use this place before any other. Definitely 5 stars!

Best place to purchase parts for boilers, I've been coming here for years. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Most parts are in stock to collect the same day otherwise they can get parts ordered in for the following day.

Iv had the experience of using Grahams services and found their staff to be very courteous and professional. Wish to express a special thanks to a star employee namely Zaf, who went out of his way to ensure the product I was acquiring was in actual fact correct and when it was available in stock. His guidance saved me a Bob or two as well. Zaf is a star performer and management should acknowledge this and no doubt would continue to excel due to their excellent customer services. First time visited and I tell u the experience was 10/10 had an issue with my bath waste and the lads really looked after me. I originally thought I doubt anyone will be able to help. But shocked that Jim and Craig went through alot if effort to help. Jim was very knowledgeable and they really thought of every solution to help with costs and possibilities. Craig had an amazing smile, it felt like I had seen him loads and that's the impression he left, what you see is what you get. Had to go back for a refund and I was treated the exact same way as I walked in thanks both! Credit to you both true face to such a unknown company to me. I rather pay whatever it cost to buy parts from here knowing il get everything I need, both necessary and decent priced!
