Lee carried out some adaptations in my aunt's bathroom to improve access to her shower, fix secure grab rails and provide shelving and towel rails within easy reach. As the brief evolved, nothing was too much trouble. Lee has done an excellent job in a way that was accommodating, understanding and respectful at all times.
