Contacted Keith regarding a blockage preventing my toilet flushing and shower draining. Keith was very knowledgeable on the phone, came out same day. Even though Keith couldn't fix our problem, he suggested what we need to do now and who to contact, what they are likely to do and what the worst case scenario could be.
