After being let down by another builder we decided to contact Melbourne Property Services and so glad we did. From the initial visit to price up, everybody turned up when they said they would, until the job was finished. The lads they were very courteous and respectful. We are very pleased with our new block paved driveway and fencing and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I was looking for a new plastic Cupola Vent for the stables but Andy at Melbourne Property Services said that I wouldn't be pleased with a plastic one but to go for a bespoke wooden one, which I did. They have just completed the job and it looks amazing. Andy arranged for the cupola to be made, scaffolding erected and the cupola to be fitted and finished with a lead top and painted in white. Andy's fitter, Dan, was a true craftsman with meticulous attention to detail when fitting it into the roof. This is the 2nd project they have done for my family, both excellent. Can highly recommend.
