Had to buy a tumble dryer on short notice and Lisa was very helpful with her advice. I was after a black/grey dryer but sadly despite best efforts, the options were more than I was willing to spend but I was offered a white dryer that was in stock and even if it didn't fit in my car (which it did), it could have been delivered next day for free! So saves the £15 - £20 delivery fees Currys/AO/Very etc would charge if you need it delivered.

TV broke. Contacted Chapmans, engineer (Brian) diagnosed the problem. All problems solved and so efficiently. I would score them 11 out of 10.

Best service, with staff that are knowledgeable. Well Established company with sales staff that have been there for decades not 5 minutes. When we had some damage to a samsung fridge freezer door during transport it was replaced in without question.. top marks

After stupidly managing to break my hob on Christmas Eve, following the dreaded incident I called Chapmans who were more than helpful and sorted me a new cooker and had it delivered and installed within 90 minutes of my phonecall to them. Absolutely amazing customer service and have literally saved my Christmas dinner! Thank you SO much. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Can't fault the service I've received from this company and the fact that they are local is even better. Ordered a dishwasher on Monday and gentleman who took my call knew straight away which model I wanted (product knowledge excellent) ordered and paid for, said would get in store on Wednesday and delivered on Thursday no hassle whatsoever. Good old fashioned excellent customer service which is hard to find these days. Free delivery was a bonus as the likes of Currys charge £40+. Would highly recommend and would not hesitate to use them again. Well done Chapmans
