Well, we gave them the uneviable task of cutting and styling the hair of a very particular 16-year-old young man who has had the same long hair style for around five years. He took a reference photo with him showing what he wanted. Of course he was never going to like it straight afterwards. It was his first adult 'styling', so the shock of the new and all that. So it was a sullen chap that left the salon. However, the salon were really patient with him, and did a brilliant job styling his thick, long, knotty mop into something very close to what he wanted. It's now a few days after the event and the young man has slowly got used to his new contemporary style. I also think he is more used to the fact that it shows him off, rather than being something he can hide behind as was. Although he'd never admit it to me (I'm his dad, so of course not!), I know him well enough to know he really loves it and rightly so. The Zeitgeist Hair staff are superb. I cannot promise that we won't be back though, so apologies in advance! Thank you.

I was very nervous as a first time client to try a new salon and it was such an amazing experience. Jane and Melanie were very knowledgeable and put me so much at ease. Melanie is a natural at making people feel comfortable and listened to and that meant a lot to me. Beth as-well who was on the front desk was very warming and great conversationalist. Have been having my curly hair cut with Kaye for the past couple of years now. Fabulous stylist who listens & cuts my hair as discussed, she also endeavours to educate me on each visit suggesting ways I can improve my hair health & products I can try. Would not go anywhere else!

Really lovely little salon with highly skilled hairdressers, most are Vidal Sassoon trained I believe. Relaxed, calm, friendly environment. I've had cuts by Melanie a few times now and she always listens really carefully and does a lovely job. Thank you!

I visited this salon today for the first time. A lovely young lady named Olivia was my stylist, sat and discussed with me exactly what I wanted giving help and advice without being intrusive. Explained very clearly every step of the way, really took her time with my cut which is perfect and exactly what I wanted. I am delighted with the result and I only sorry I do not live in Hebden Bridge as I would be here every week visiting Olivia. Thank you so much.
