I am so pleased to have found Joanne at such short notice ahead of a wedding I'm going to this week. This was my first appointment and I am thrilled with the results. Joanne talked me through the whole process and was great at advising me on colours and nail shape etc. She was professional, friendly and completely knows her stuff, I would highly recommend her services.

Jo has been my nail technician for over 10 years and she is simply the best. Her salon is beautifully appointed and comfortable and she treats all her customers as friends. She recently did my daughters nails for prom too and she was delighted with them.

I have been to see Helena a few times, she has dyed, cut and styled my hair and each time it’s been amazing. Her work is so consistent and she is so friendly and so professional! She absolutely knows her stuff and frames my face so well with my hair cut! Every time I get a hair cut with her I get so many compliments! She always manages to bring my hair back to life! Everyone there is really helpful and really friendly, and hold a really good convo. I love the private room and how well they accommodated me in the private room due to wearing the head scarf. It’s a lovely room and feels like you don’t miss out on the salon experience at all!

Got my hair blow dried by Ellie, it was the most relaxing and beautiful experience I've ever had! Literally was about to fall asleep 😭. My hair looked beautiful than ever and she even added a hair oil after to seal it down! And got heat protection before using any heat device😍😍😍😍

Wasn’t satisfied with the way my hair turned out first time, so I called in and got booked for a colour correction. Abigail is a pleasure to be around, loved the way she styled my hair the first time. Sam literally transformed my hair, looks exactly like my inspo pic. I have been going to Anna at Haven for many years for waxing, eyebrow tinting and shaping, pedicures and other treatments. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Anna is fantastic. So professional and friendly and always provides such an excellent service in a gorgeous salon. Would not hesitate to recommend this excellent salon, it is fantastic!

Haven is a gem of a salon in North Leeds. They offer a huge range of treatments and I have used them for years. The salon feels like a little spa and treating yourself to a pamper there offers the perfect way to unwind. The staff are so professional and friendly. They take time to get to know clients and tailor treatments: I have very sensitive skin but they look after it so well. Anna's massages really are the best I have had anywhere - we are so lucky to have this spot on our doorstep: perfcet place to treat yourself or buy vouchers and treat a friend.
