I am always very anxious going to the hairdressers and tend to only go once a year then live with my hair constantly up until I have no choice but to book in and have it cut. I always stuck to the same salon and after being unhappy on my last 2 visits I decided to try somewhere new, I had drive over and looked at the salon and eventually plucked up the courage and booked in with Lauren, and I can honestly say she was amazing, she was accommodating, friendly and professional, above all, she has cut my hair lovely and for the first time in years I walked out with my next apt already booked rather than telling them I'll ring and book in. She put me at ease staight away, she never tried to convince me to have any treatments or colours, she never lectured me on the mess I'd made cutting my own fringe, she simply cut my hair accordingly to allow it it all grow in sync and I couldn't be happier with it... as someone who has always found going to the hairdressers a chore and one of lifes necessary evils, for the first time in forever it was genuinely a pleasure today and I enjoyed the whole experience, thank you Lauren, see you in December!

I had the BEST time at Blushes this week. Everyone was incredibly warm, friendly and welcoming (staff and customers). I was regularly offered drinks and magazines so I enjoyed my tea and biscuit whilst I waited (I arrived very early but was still seen slightly early too). I was quite nervous for my trip because I was chopping just over 12” off for the Little Princess Trust but Zoe instantly put me at ease. She helped me choose my new style before we got started and was so encouraging whilst doing the scary bit of the big initial cut. I had a stunning wash whilst enjoying the massaging chair and a lovely head massage, followed by a lovely blow dry where Zoe completely transformed my look and made me feel SO confident. We spent 2 hours chatting and laughing so I didn’t want to leave. Everyone else in the salon was incredibly lovely and encouraging too and I can’t wait for my next trip!
