Martha was absolutely amazing doing my hair! Completely transformed my whole look and I am so so grateful. She is the loveliest girl, completely put me at ease and trusted her 100%! Suj has styled my hair for 7+years. He listens to what you are looking to achieve & is a master with the scissors even on my fine hair. The services provided by the salon include the latest cutting & colouring techniques. All the staff are friendly. The salon has a “spa” feel to it with massage chairs available whilst your hair is shampooed & your scalp massaged. There is also a range of complimentary hot & cold beverages on offer. I would never go anywhere else. Absolute superb salon.

I had an appointment at Remy Hair and it was a wonderful experience. I was advised by Stella who is so knowledgeable about hair and gave me good information on what to do. There's another lady called Sefie who is also brilliant. She did an excellent job with my eyebrows. When you enter inside you have to go to the back but believe me they are there.

I share my admiration and positive experience after coloring with hairdresser Diana. Diana is a highly qualified specialist with extensive experience. My hair looks perfect after coloring. Diana is definitely a professional. I strongly recommend everyone to make an appointment with her and all your subsequent visits will end with perfect hair coloring, perfect haircuts and a good mood.

Stella is an incredible hairdresser and business woman. She is truly talented and passionate when it comes to hair, and I always trust her opinion. Not only has she completely revamped my hair colour, she's also helped advise me on what style would suit my face shape, helped me pick out shampoos/conditioners and treatments that would help improve my hair condition and even explained how to get the most out of those products with extra tips and guidance. Her salon is always spotless and well run, and I'm liking the new changes they've implemented as of late. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Stella is truly my hair guru!

I’ve been a client at Bei capelli for 10 years. A great salon that I thoroughly recommend. Initially Hannah was my stylist and I was always really pleased with the results. I was never a fan of getting my hair cut when I was younger, finding it awkward at times but this has never been the case at this salon. When Hannah went on maternity leave, Gemma took over my appointments and initially I was a bit nervous about having a new stylist but she put me at ease straight away. She listened carefully to how I like my hair and what I was looking for and every appointment I am always so pleased with the final result. Gemma is very attentive and keen to improve the finish of my hair each time I visit. I look forward to my appointments. I also want to add that when Gemma was off work, my appointment was taken by another stylist, Jody I think it was, she was equally attentive and I was really pleased with the cut she did that day. I think it’s a really well run salon, the environment is clean and well planned, I like the twinkly lights on the ceiling when my hair is washed! The staff are always so friendly, polite, welcoming and make it a lovely experience every time I go.

I have been going to Hannah at Bei Capelli for over 10 years! She is simply the best! Hannah always listens to exactly what I want and provides the highest standard of client service. All of the team are so lovely and friendly - it feels like such a treat going to this salon and I cannot recommend them enough.

All the staff are lovely in this salon (I’ve never really felt comfortable in hair salons despite going in them for years!), but Bei Capelli is so welcoming, even when you arrive windswept and knotted (sometimes having attempted to cut your own fringe!). I never feel uncomfortable here, all staff are clearly very talented and professional, Phoebe is wonderful but I would trust any one of them with my hair! I would never go anywhere else

Alison is an absolute star 🌟 My 9yr old son hates having his hair cut! He was upset to say the least about me taking him. I usually take him to the barbers but came to Ice instead this time and Alison was so calm around my son and talking to him to relax him … worked a treat. His tears stopped pretty quickly. He doesn’t want to go back to the barbers .. he wants to go back to see Alison next time! Alison you are wonderful thank you. He loves his hair cut. See you next time 💇 ✂️

Booked a last minute appointment to have my 2 year old son's hair cut today. As soon as we walked in we received a very warm welcome. Annie was excellent. Very friendly and listened to what I wanted. The salon itself is very nice inside and extremely clean and tidy. My little boy left with a lovely hair cut.

Took my 3yr old daughter for her first haircut, and was a bit nervous about how it would go. The set up at the salon is great for kids and Alison was amazing. My daughter walked out really happy with her hair even though we'd gone a little shorter - shes looking forward to going again. Alison gave me some helpful advice too. Brilliant friendly service and a lovely salon. I will definitely be booking my daughter in again and taking my other kids when they are ready for their hair cuts. Thanks Alison.

Having tried a few different places to get our 3yr old's hair cut, Annie does the best job by far. She's also very pleasant and patient, which really helps with a child who doesn't like haircuts. She did a great job today and our little boy is happy! I highly recommend.

I had the BEST time at Blushes this week. Everyone was incredibly warm, friendly and welcoming (staff and customers). I was regularly offered drinks and magazines so I enjoyed my tea and biscuit whilst I waited (I arrived very early but was still seen slightly early too). I was quite nervous for my trip because I was chopping just over 12” off for the Little Princess Trust but Zoe instantly put me at ease. She helped me choose my new style before we got started and was so encouraging whilst doing the scary bit of the big initial cut. I had a stunning wash whilst enjoying the massaging chair and a lovely head massage, followed by a lovely blow dry where Zoe completely transformed my look and made me feel SO confident. We spent 2 hours chatting and laughing so I didn’t want to leave. Everyone else in the salon was incredibly lovely and encouraging too and I can’t wait for my next trip!

1st time in Artico. Callum was brilliant. Fantastic colourist. First time I’ve left a hairdressers with 0 complaints. I was given exactly what I asked for. Very pleased.

Visited for the first time this week as my husband had bought vouchers for me for Christmas after me following Artico on Instagram for years and commenting on their colours; especially the blondes. I was pleased to see a busy, impeccably clean and well-kept salon. I was a little nervous but the entire process of my visit was talked through. The girls introduced themselves and we talked through my wants and needs. They gave suggestions too based on the condition of my hair and some regrowth after having a baby. Laurel coloured my hair and understood exactly what I was after. Conversation was easy and the atmosphere in the salon was professional but chilled. Everything seemed very well-run and in hand. I felt welcome, at ease and valued the entire appointment. I can't remember the name of the stylist that cut my hair (sorry! We talked about our dogs), but she wasted no time getting to work, was honest about how much hair needed to come off for the best result (I hadn't had my hair done since November) and left my hair looking and feeling brand new. I'm incredibly pleased with not only the outcome of my colour and cut, but the experience I had. I'll definitely be back. The loyalty card is a great incentive too. Thank you all and props for running such a brilliant salon.

There is a great atmosphere with employees/ clients having a laugh. Grace done my hair and I was over the moon with how she applied the foils in my hair. I had been thinking of going back to DialEma in recent weeks but didn't make my mind up until a week ago I bumped in to Becky who looked after me before COVID days. When we were allowed to go to hair salons I found the cost had gone up by about £10. Hower, when I bumped in to Becky she went out if her way to say hello. Her kindness resonated with me as I hadn't been in recent years. I re booked her for an appointment this morning for a shampoo & wet cut. I have wavy hair & although have a short style, I like to make the most of my natural wave. I came out feeling so much better than I have been doing in the last 6 months or more. Admittedly I paid more but the extra cost was worth it! Thank You.
