My mum and I had a wash, cut, and blow-dry, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! The wash was done by Luke and Harmony, who were absolutely excellent. Harmony, in particular, provided phenomenal service—her professionalism and warm demeanor really stood out. She took the time to help my mum choose a hair color, carefully discussing each option without rushing the process. The salon has such a calm and unhurried atmosphere, which made the experience even more enjoyable. As for the stylist, Leanne was simply outstanding! Her skill in layering and finishing both our haircuts was amazing, leaving us with flawless results. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I can’t recommend the team highly enough! Futhermore, my father alongside attended and his cut was done by Kim - he really loved his cut.

Kim is an incredibly talented stylist—she cut my hair in a way I’ve never had it cut before, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Her skill and attention to detail are unmatched! As a hijabi, I was especially impressed by how accommodating and thoughtful the staff were. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, putting up a screen and creating a private space for me. It made the whole experience so much more relaxing and enjoyable. I’m absolutely thrilled with how my hair turned out and so pleased with the care and professionalism I experienced. I was in need of a fresh change for my hair, and this salon truly delivered! Harmony, who I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for hair colouring done, did an incredible job. I trusted her to choose shades that would complement my skin tone, something noticeable but not too light, and she absolutely nailed it. She talked through the different options, and the final result was stunning! Not only is she extremely talented, but she’s also a total perfectionist and highly professional. Plus, I really appreciated the little touches, like the drinks and biscuits throughout my visit. As for the cut, Leanne completed the look perfectly. She took the time to consult with me about what would suit me best, rather than just following trends, which I really appreciated. For the second appointment, I had to bring my 2 y/o along, and the salon was so welcoming. Leanne even offered him some snacks and made sure he could sit beside me while she worked around him. This made the experience so much easier and more enjoyable. Faith also washed my hair and gave me the most relaxing scalp massage! She was so attentive, constantly checking that the water temperature was just right :) The 1.5 hr journey to this salon was so worth it, can’t wait to go back again! Thank you Kim Duong Hair!

An absolute amazing experience! I had my hair coloured by Lauren who was exceptional! She truly brought my vision to life! Very understanding and goes through your hair step by step! I then had my hair styled by Kim and opted for a bouncy blow dry! I would definitely reccomend this salon for anyone who is looking for a haircut or colour. The ambience and attentive staff truly make is an amazing salon.

Second time I get my hair cut here, and what a lovely experience. It’s often stressful getting my hair cut not in my home country. But, this salon has conquered me! All the staff are attentive and welcoming. Andi is absolutely fantastic! He’s very thorough and ensures that all is understood at every step of the way to confirm I was happy with the process. He’s explained my options so well and I honestly couldn’t have been more pleased. Next appointment already booked!
