I had my first ever gel manicure with Natalie who is really lovely! The salon is gorgeous and really calming and I was so happy with the results. My nails weren't in the best shape but she made them look amazing. I would definitely book with hop again.

Truly fabulous massage from Natalie at hop, one of the best I have ever had. Neroli essential oil and mindfulness music added to the bliss.

My facial with Natalie was absolute Bliss!! The heated blanket on the bed, gua sha face, neck/scalp massage and the sound of cute birds tweeting outside the window were highlights. Highly recommend x

Janemarie and all the team have been and continue to be amazing, they have looked after me so well, having broken my shoulder it has been impossible to wash my hair and do my nails, so I have been a regular visitor the past 3 weeks, and they have been so generous and caring. I recently had my hair cut by Maddy. It's the first cut where I can wash and style my hair and make it (nearly) as good as when Maddy first did it. She was so lovely I booked my daughter in to have hers done as well. Both daughters treated to a hot chocolate and Maddy was so good at listening to my daughter and cutting her hair perfectly. Can't recommend highly enough.

I am new to Salon on the Square and Georgie cut my hair really well. I actually felt for the first time in ages the person cutting understood my hair (fine and a bit sparse!) and listened to what I wanted and what didn’t work. I will be booking another appointment. Thank you!

Very lovely and relaxed environment. I’m quite fussy with my nails so it was great to have a therapist who really understood how I wanted my nails and did exactly as she promised. I went for BIAB as my nails are looking thin and weak and she also added a French gel finish. I absolutely love my nails and already looking forward to my next appointment in two weeks time.

Wow! What a lovely warm atmosphere. I saw Ana who was very calm and clearly passionate about her work. The staff put my mind at ease and the facial run down was easy to understand. I've had facials in the past, but this was by far the nicest facial I've experienced. The soothing facial massage was so lovely and my skin feels fabulous. I'd recommend this treatment to anyone. I'm a big fan of dermalogica, so using these products was always a win for me. I can't wait to go back. Thank you

Absolutely lovely beauty salon have been coming for years and adding in more treatments all the time. Stunning nails both hands and feet with so many beautiful colours to choose from. Kayleigh is brilliant I always leave so happy with my nail designs and other treatments I have. All staff so friendly and welcoming. I have enjoyed relaxing massages and great waxing treatments. I have had many massages here, from deep tissue to full body. Every masseuse has been awesome and the massages left me feeling either relaxed or refreshed (depending on which style I choose) I would highly recommend.

Sally is an incredible stylist and wonderful person. I love how she colours and cuts my hair. I also took my 6 year old granddaughter (who has thick wavy hair) for a proper salon experience. Sally treated her like a princess and listened to what she wanted. Wow, her hair was transformed, my granddaughter was left feeling on top of the world and is so excited to show everyone her beautiful hair.

I really love Sally. Not only is she an excellent stylist but a smashing person too. She is down to earth and kind and I look forward to seeing her every time. Now in her beautiful new Gillingham salon it's even more of a treat to visit her Highly recommended

JAPANESE HAIR SPA ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Today I tried something new, Deva's new Japanese Hair Spa, and it was the most incredible experience. Sally was very knowledgeable and I felt relaxed instantly. The treatment inc. an anti aging facial and massage plus my hair and scalp have never felt so clean but norished at the same time. Would 100% recommend this new treatment. I felt the salon feeling like I was floating ☁️☁️

I came in here on Tuesday 31st May for a shellac manicure. The lady was so lovely and helped me choosing a colour :) also, the colour is still on my nails and hasn't chipped one bit! I was expecting about 10 days until they chipped and started to come off, but they're still going strong :) would 100% recommend!!! Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the lady who did my nails, but all the staff were welcoming :)

Had a cut and blow dry here today. Lovely friendly staff. Great cut. Very attentive to what I wanted, but also gave suggestions. Also the poshest coffee I have ever had in a hair salon. Top marks!

Always excellent! Apart from the wonderful cut/perm/set, Helen and Debbie take the time to really care for my disabled Mum when washing her hair and getting her in and out the wheelchair. I can't imagine going anywhere else!
