I tried Serenity for the first time after they came highly recommended to me by a friend, I booked in for a manicure, pedicure, wax and eyelash extensions before my holiday and I felt like a new woman after walking out of the salon. From the moment I stepped through the doors of Serenity, there was the most welcoming atmosphere, the salon smelt amazing and the staff all greeted me with a smile, making me instantly relax and feel comfortable. The salon is very clean and has gorgeous modern decor, the attention to detail really maximises the overall experience. I was beyond pleased with all of my treatments, the beauty therapists all went through my preferences and engaged in friendly conversation with me. The staffs genuine commitment for my comfort and satisfaction was heart warming, making me feel like an esteemed guest rather than just a client. If you are looking for a salon experience that goes above and beyond, I cannot recommend Serenity enough! Been coming to Serenity regularly for 4 years now for several different treatments and never once have I been disappointed. This latest visit was for my usual manicure with Jazz. I let Jazz choose something for me and I've come away with the most fabulous and stunning nail art. The Serenity staff are excellent at making sure you have the most rewarding and relaxing visit and really take the time to get to know you. And the services are not just for women either - my husband visits for his massage treatments.

Had my nails done at Serenity and was really impressed, the girls are lovely and really take pride in their work. I was so happy with the quality of my manicure and pedicure they look stunning, I will definitely be going back to get them done again. Thanks for a lovely and relaxing appointment.
