Lovely, friendly, highly professional staff and fantastic hair cuts in a welcoming environment. We had 3 wet cuts and we are all loving our new do's! Dogs allowed in to salon with owner too for those on holiday!

Nadia was attentive and caring, an excellent stylist. Highly recommend this salon!

I had my first visit to The Salon just before Christmas, following my hairdresser, Hollie in her new venture. On entering, I was immediately greeted by a friendly face and made to feel welcome by staff and clients alike. There was a lovely atmosphere and I felt very comfortable and valued.

I live going to Heather Hair Salon in Dorchester. After a several very bad experiences at other hair salons I have found that Heather and her team are caring, friendly and supportive. They have restored my faith in hairdressers and I now look forward to having my hair done. I can't recommend them enough. So glad I found a hairdresser I can trust.

I had the most amazing experience at my hair appointment today! I went in for the Fusio Dose Kerastase Treatment followed by a haircut, and it was exactly what my damaged hair needed. The appointment started with a heavenly head and neck massage that instantly helped me relax—it was such a wonderful touch. The treatment itself was phenomenal; my hair already feels so much healthier and nourished. And then came the haircut—Amelia, she did an incredible job! She truly understood what I wanted and worked her magic to bring my vision to life. I can’t thank her enough for her attention to detail and care. I was so impressed with the results that I booked another treatment with Amelia before leaving the salon. I’m already looking forward to it because this was by far the best treatment I’ve had. I have been going to Robin James for 12 years because of its quality and consistency. Aveda colours are also very kind to the hair. Joanne has been my hair stylist since she qualified. She really cares about her work and takes pride in doing a really good job. She is talented and thoughtful and fun to spend an hour or two with! I totally recommend her services without reservation.

I have just had my shaded eyeliner topped up by the lovely Natasha and I love how beautiful the results are. She is so passionate about her work and ensures the entire process is smooth and comfy throughout. Always an absolute pleasure coming into the clinic as the whole team are so friendly and welcoming. Stepping into clinic for a totally different treatment was very exciting! & what a lovely welcome I had, as always, welcomed with a smile. Catlin, as she could very much tell.... I carry the world on my shoulders, but worked those knots out with the most wonderful neck shoulder and back massage. I feel a sense of relief, super relaxed, and 2inces taller. I had a scar on my eyebrow from cancer removal. I can honestly say you can barely tell now. So pleased with what has been done. Louisa is very warm and friendly and put me completely at ease. I would highly recommend!

I had another lovely visit to The Highbrow Clinic, always greeted with a lovely warm welcome and whenever I visit it always feels like a treat. I had my nails done with Caitlin and she was fantastic, such an amazing eye for detail, thorough and I walked away with the most perfect nails. She was engaging and chatty and it was such a treat. I've been going to nail bars for a while, but today having had BAIB nails at The Highbrow, I won't be going back to nail bars. Very friendly staff. Really refreshing to have a haircut that is at least as good as more pricey places I've been to, and take literally less than half of the time. They're not messing about!

I’ve been going to Meraki for the past couple of years and have always left with dream hair, confidence and a spring in my step. I’ve had styles by Lily, Daisy and Emma and have always been super happy with my hair. I work away but drove 5 hours because I rate this salon this much. Everyone works so hard, even the apprentices and I cannot recommend Meraki enough. Super knowledgeable, full of useful advice on hair care and expert stylists. Thank you for making me feel like a princess with great hair!

Beautiful nails every time with the lovely Sandra, I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Customer care surpasses any other places I have attended. I have also previously had my eyelashes lifted and tinted, extensions and waxed eyebrows by both Sandra and Rosie with wonderful results!

I come here every now and then and each time Sandra is amazing! She does the most insane lashes and nails, so reliable and such a lovely human. Makes the experience so lush and relaxing, and in a beautiful salon designed by Rosie 💚

I had my 2nd Pedicure with Caitlin so pleased with it she remove my last Shellac varnish then cut and filed my nails before applying a new varnish. Caitlin is lovely friendly and professional highly recommended.
