I've been coming to Simone Thomas for several years, and it is the most FANTASTIC salon ever! Such a great atmosphere, beautifully decorated and lovely, lovely friendly staff. Georgie has been doing my hair extensions for years and I would never go anywhere else and recommend her to all my friends. I left the salon today after having a fresh set put in, and I am totally over the moon. I know how hard Georgie worked to get an exact colour match and it is perfect. Ever since I was introduced by a friend to the amazing Simone Thomas hair salon, I wouldn’t choose to go any where else. Becky did an AMAZING job on my hair. On my first appointment, I wasn’t too sure what needed doing for my highlights/color, only knew I wanted my highlights more blonde and prominent. Becky suggested a cream blonde for me and I went with her suggestion and the end result was gorgeous! I’ve had many compliments from friends and even the cashier from Boots! I recently went back to see Becky for my hair and again, she did an incredible job. Thank you so much Becky x

I made an appointment for myself and my mum to have a post lockdown hair cut. I texted Jane and she gave us a double appointment. We arrived masked up at the allotted time and was greeted at the door which was a nice touch. We were both allowed to go in to a side room together as we were living in the same house. I had a good and generous hair cut and it was blow dried really well. My mum had a good cut from the top of her hair too as it was top heavy and it was also blow dried. My mum needed a perm really but was not ready to sit indoors for so long to have one so her hair flopped a little but that was no reflection on the skills of Jane. I felt safe and the whole experience was pleasant.

Went last minute at 7pm as my ear was infected. The lovely lady who does spa treatments etc looked at it and gave me a steroid for free to help me. Excellent service and nice environment
