From calls to being at the dentist itself, Tracy the receptionist is arguably one of the nicest people i’ve ever had the pleasure to deal with. Everything is explained in simple terms and she will accommodate you where possible(fitting my family of 4 all together is just one example). Can’t speak highly enough of her. The dentist himself, again absolutely brilliant, through the appointment, speaking to you calmly and updating where possible. At the end of the appointment clear concise details of next steps etc. Absolutely great place to get your dental treatments done.

No one likes going to the dentist but I can honestly say that Tim Clayton makes the experience so much better than any other dentist has for me in the past. He is very informative and makes the whole experience as stress free as is possible and explains any procedures in an easy to understand and reassuring way.

I attended the dentist on numerous occasion and would like to say though the dentist is something that I have a fear of like many . This doesn’t help when you are disable I struggle to walk and speak . But I found the receptionist is just so understanding and patient . She greets you with a beautiful smile that’s calming . She is in no rush has always given me time and made me relaxed. I believe that’s important having the right person to greet you as you enter . The dentist himself bless him he’s so lovely he speaks to me and not at me . He helps me to sit down and get up . He’s never rushed me even though I’m not a private patient . I feel as if I am , I say this as you can imagine due to my disability I meet others in the nhs . Some can make you feel awful . What is nice that they are all professional and treat you like a human have a lot of empathy between them . All I would like to say to the team is a big Thanks 😊

Micheal and Griff came out to replace macerator on the back of the toilet cistern rang them late Sunday and they arrived Monday afternoon. They managed to squeeze the job in-between jobs as it was the only toilet in the house. They were very professional and very competitive with their pricing. The job was done to a high standard and they cleaned up after themselves. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Leeds area

The service in house was fantastic. However, my daughters appointment was cancelled on 3 consecutive occasions. Once making her late to school and the others an inconvenience to my schedule. Can't fault them besides the bad time keeping.

My dentist Ihsaan is really down to earth and has a way of making patients feel comfortable. So much that my youngest daughter loves going to the dentist. He has also helped me to somewhat regain my smile after losing most of my teeth at 34. Reception staff are always warm, helpful and polite. Lovely dental practice. 🙂

Always get an amazing service here, Laura Ebbage has been fantastic, especially with how brilliant she was with my children, 5 stars for sure. The 2 dental nurses were equally as brilliant even dealing with the battle of finding a hulk sticker for my son. I believe I have been with this practice for over 30 years and still continues to be amazing.

Great dentist! Both John Sinclair and his dental nurse are highly professional, respectful and kind. We’ve all been to dentists who are not and I have kept coming to this practice even though we moved house because of their care and attention to detail. Tina, their head of reception is also a great communicator and responds with efficiency and politeness to your needs. As I say … great dental practice and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have been a patient at Leeds Road Dental Practice since being a child. The care I receive from my Dentist Jon Sinclair, his Dental Nurse Aliyah, and the team on Reception has always been exceptional. Jon and Aliyah are professional, kind, gentle, and very thorough. They both go above and beyond to put us, especially my children at ease. We have been squeezed in for appointments at a moments notice, nothing is ever too much trouble, AND my children actually enjoy going to the Dentist, which for me as a parent is the best I could ever hope for! Highly recommend!

I’ve been attending this practice for a good few years now to get my regular check ups and scale and polish with Dr Sinclair. The practice is very clean with a nice waiting room. Can’t imagine going to another dentist, Dr Sinclair always does a great job, he instantly makes you feel at ease and ensures that you’re okay throughout any treatment (which I’m grateful for as I tend to suffer with sensitive teeth!). All of the practice staff are lovely, especially Tina at the front desk :)

"After getting 3 quotes Richard from Bates Plumbing visited and had the best price for works needed. He did careful quote checks. He spotted difficulties other companies missed.(under bath panel was a sloping floor that was stairs with all heating pipes above it - his solution creat new tiled wall and cupboard next to shower tray) (huge floor to ceiling internal boxed in soil stack he was able to reduce in size and hide behind wc unit. ) He had and showed photos of other work he’d done to resolve issues. This meant he could give an accurate quote for his work. Richard helps you choose fittings and sells them to you at the discounted cost (25-40%) he can buy them for which is then added to the quote price.. His workers are reliable, tidy and experienced so discuss ideas to improve the look and design of fittings and check how you want it to look. They ensure tiling is lined up perfectly and take pride in their work. It’s brilliant each fitter has an apprentice learning the trade and they work well together to get things completed in a timely way. I had him do 2 bathrooms and my only wish is I’d done them sooner. They are so beautiful even my teenagers are keeping them tidy and clean.😊 Richard, Dom and Finn you were fantastic. Thank you"

I'm thrilled with the way Richard and his team have transformed my antiquated bathroom, into a wonderful, modern space. Ryan and his apprentice Sonnie were reliable, punctual, tidy, hardworking and friendly throughout. Richard also made a considerable effort to seek out new compatible fittings, in order to replace a faulty internal stop tap. I would definitely recommend this company and particularly appreciate the fact the entire refit is undertaken in-house.

Just finished my bathroom/ utility room. Room needed completely gutting and starting again. They completely transformed the space - new ceiling and walls, floor, all waterproofed and sealed, and new toilet and sink. Nothing was too much trouble, and they were very friendly and approachable. Went out of their way to clean up too!
