We had Daniel in for the annual appliance testing. It was easy to book the appointment with him, he kept me up to date with his ETA and he adhered to the current guidelines in regard to Covid-19. Extremely pleased with the work Aaron has just completed on our kitchen refit – oven, fridge, freezer and induction hob supplies, heat sensors, new spotlights, sockets with USB ports, plinth and cabinet lighting. Aaron is highly professional and efficient. He has been helping us with our electrical updates room by room for the past three years. He is always happy to give advice and make suggestions. Aaron replaced a light fixture and moved an electrical socket to a neighbouring wall. Minimal incisions required in the wall and ceiling to move the socket which means less holes to fill in afterwards. Very professional, arrived on time, ensured the area was clean and tidy afterwards and all for a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend for all electrical based jobs.

Magnificent! You often only see a company's true colours when things go wrong. Aaron installed several new outside lights earlier this year. Recently, 3 started failing (plus a 4th of the same type). Aaron has readily replaced them with a different type of light (and replaced a faulty junction box which wasnt even part of the original job.) Truly 5 star service. Fantastic customer service. Very good and tidy worker - keeps mess under control even when removing old tiles etc. Knows his stauff and inspires confidence which is not misplaced. Has installed two showers, replaced a toilet and basin, replaced several taps, repaired a toilet cistern, replaced a hot water cylinder (dramatically improving the shower pressure). Really pleased with his work - highly recommended. Also extremely happy with the tilers he uses.

Had a new boiler fitted and all my radiators overhauled with new valves plus a new radiator in my bathroom! Adam and his friend Dan did an amazing job. When I contacted him he took time to listen to my requirements and suggested a boiler to meet my needs, he quoted very quickly and was true to the quote. He arrived 15 mins early on the agreed day and got straight to work. The job was done to an extremely high standard and he tidied up after himself even relaying a carpet that had to be pulled back. I can't recommend him highly enough, his professionalism and work ethic are top notch. Will definitely use from now on! Brilliant experience!

I initially enquired with Kane Electrical for a variety of big and small jobs I needed at my home. From the initial quotation to the finished job I just cannot fault Ray. I cannot praise the guys at SOS enough- we had a horrible outside drain blockage which was worse than we thought- the guys really went to work on it using everything- even when I thought this might be a challenge or possibly unfixable- they managed to get the rubber cone off and get more access. It needed further drainage cleared from a main drain at neighbours. But ultimately a job well done. Appreciated greatly Tom and family team.

The issue was that the downstairs toilet had gotten very slow at empting over the years with a gurgling coming sound from the toilet. My suspicion was that the pipes had collapsed under the lawn where it had sunk, hence my procrastination in getting it fixed. I had dug up the lawn to expose the pipe and made an incision for a camera inspection. My first contact with SOS Drainage & Plumbing Ltd was through their online quote enquiry form. They got back to me immediately and suggested they could visit my property that same day as they already had a job in my area that morning. They immediately got to work using high pressure jetting equipment from their purpose built vehicle. After a couple of hours it was very reassuring to see inside the fully intact pipes. The on-screen camera pictures showed the removal of the blockage which was actually ingrowing roots. They were totally removed from the house, all the way into the main sewer some 20 meters away into the road. I highly recommend SOS Drainage & Plumbing Ltd to anyone who may be worried about their similar drainage issues. I would not hesitate to use them again, it was worth every penny. Thank you Tom and colleague for giving us back the use of our downstairs toilet.

I can highly recommend Tom from SOS Drainage & Plumbing. He came out the same day I called him, arrived exactly when he said he would, found the blockage, and fixed it within an hour. I had been at the end of my tether because DynoRod had been unable to find the problem and we had been left with an overflowing toilet. Tom calmly sorted it out and even gave us advice for the future, all at a reasonable price. I’d definitely use SOS Drainage & Plumbing again.
