Very good experience attending Beechwood. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The vet was very good with my dog and took time to get to know her. Her treatment was quick and the whole experience was very positive.

Just moved to Morley and needed my dog to be seen by a vet due to lameness. I picked Beechwood purely on reviews as I want the best care for my baby. They did not disappoint! Chaos is a large breed, there was no judgement, only kindness, consideration and efficiency. Thank you for making us feel welcome and getting him booked in at another branch quickly for xrays. I'll definitely recommend and use for all my 13 animals!! Chaos says thank you for his treat at reception :)

Since moving vets this is the first time I have had to bring one of dogs. He is usually a very nervous dog but right away, we were met by friendly staff who put ourselves and Archie at ease. This was continued when we met the vet who made archie feel comfortable, didn't try to push products on us, explained possible treatments and costs, and was knowledgeable and friendly throughout. We ledt feeling like even the vet had Archies best interests in mind opposed to trying to rack up the highest bill. Best vets visit since he was a pup, now he's 8! Would definitely recommend.

Used this vets for years having dogs . Now having lost my last dogs due to old age, now have a cat 17 years old and becoming concerning. The lady vet we saw was absolutely spot on . Listened and discussed the problem which was heartwarming. The lady in question was called iris and was one of the best we have ever seen. Could have gone down the road of blood tests and xrays but at 17 years old is too much. Cats have 9 lives, maybe he's on his ninth.

A very friendly and helpful vets. They took us on when our vet in Dewsbury said they didn’t have enough vets to help us. We rang every vet in the Wakefield area to get Milly her booster and her nails cut under sedation (she won’t let anyone near her paws) and they were all full. Yorkshire Vets said they could help. Really happy with them.

We had to take our cat, Nectar, to Holly House out of hours, and the care we received was exceptional. The team was professional, compassionate, and incredibly thorough, which made such a stressful situation a little easier to handle. They explained everything clearly and treated Nectar with such kindness and respect. It’s reassuring to know that such great care is available when you need it most. After waking up to find my 23 year old African Grey very weak and in respiratory distress I rang round trying to find an emergency avian vet appointment. After being advised he needed to go into hospital we made the trip to Holly House. Everybody was amazing, explaining everything, keeping us informed about his progress and the cost at all times. I was happy he was in good hands. He made a rapid recovery and I would like to thank everyone for taking care of him.

My dog Wally was very poorly and we almost lost him with a pneumonia and stomach issue. These are the best vets I've ever been to. Communication was clear/objective, and the caring is in the little things they did, like a nurse running to Tesco to get tuna to get him to eat at least something. Shout out to Francisco, Jenny, Katrina, Cathy, Tom, Dan and the ones I didn't get the name of. Everyone was outstanding.

Could not rate more highly. My elderly cat was seen straight away - the receptionist was very compassionate to my obvious distress, and the vet was calm and experienced and able to treat him and clearly explain how to care for him with his medication. He is now starting to get better and I am delighted. Even if there hadn't been such a happy outcome, I feel confident they would have dealt with everything in a gentle manner and done all they could for us. Fabulous vetinary surgery!

Vets appointments can be traumatic for pets and owners but the staff always make sure everyone is comfortable. When we lost our cat they have offered as much compassion and help as they could. They truly cared for him when he was still alive and when we had to say good bye they were so professional and delicate. All the staff are always very helpful and polite. We’ve never had a problem with accommodating appointments even in emergency situation. Highly recommended vet!

Once again Abbey House didn't let me down! I've been bringing my pets here for over 30yrs & travel a round trip of 30 miles - I couldn't even think of taking my pets anywhere else! After being quoted 8-9k for several x-rays at our local vet we had franks recommend to us by a friend. Being around 50 miles from us I was a little sceptical. But after reading their great reviews and fixed pricing standards (without spending several thousand on x-ray's that probably wouldn't have found the problem!) we decided to try them out. We couldn't be more happier with how Annalisa diagnosed our dog, and how professional she was. After a well informed first meet she examined Myla and found the problem straight away (our vet's couldn't pinpoint the problem). She explained in detail that Myla had probably broke her back and would scan straight away. After a couple of hours we returned and the scan proved she was correct and explained exactly what had happened and how to treat Myla. We found Annalisa very professional and at a fraction of the price of our local vet. We cannot thank you enough for putting our minds at rest. Thank you.

My dog woke up Monday morning completely paralysed on his back end, by 9.30 am he had been referred from my regular Vets to Frank, 12nn had an appointment with the incredible specialist surgeon, 12.30 a full CT of his Spine, then straight into theatre for surgery to be back in recovery by 4. Because of the speed and expertise of the team at frank, other than sporting a reverse mowhawk on his back you wouldn't think he wasn't at peak health ! I can't thank everyone enough for the kindness and compassion they showed both my dog and me. My dog can walk again thanks to these amazing people and I could not be more greatful for everything they do. Picture of said miracle below, loving life on his pain meds x

Absolutely amazing from the start. We're at the start of our plan for Boublis but from the referral from our vet to the speedy response of frank. pet surgeons, we were reassured and welcomed. Maria investigated Bou's issues and she was straight talking but also kind, we were bowled over by her knowledge and professionalism, and she was so lovely with Bou. We went in at 8:45 and we were back to collect him at 16:30 with a treatment plan to help him. Maria and all the team were exceptional, it's such a relief to know places like this exist to help our fur babies, no hidden costs and everything fully explained before you proceed. We can't thank everyone enough!
