I required a new radiator fitting. Joe was very fast at responding to my initial enquiry and work was undertaken the same week. The work was completed within the time frame he had quoted even though he ran into an unexpected stone floor beneath the laminate flooring. The room was left spotless after he'd finished and he even checked up on the work a few days later. Would definitely recommend.

Joe was fantastic both before and during the works. He offered advice and options on radiator sizing, boiler specs and explained the installation, system flushing, testing processes in detail. Works were completed ahead of schedule with no mess and the boiler setup now looks like a work of art with pipework and equipment all labelled up for ease of any future maintenance. Extremely happy and have already booked Joe in for some tiling in our kitchen. (Also his dog is ace!)

Thermostat stopped working so we were left with no heating… gave NI Gas & Plumbing a call, sent an engineer out within a couple of hours, all back up and running the same night. Reasonable call-out charge considering the work was undertaken at 9:30pm. Great service all round 👍🏻 cheers guys!

Had a really good experience with this company. Would definitely recommend. Our boiler was not working and needed looking at urgently. One call, and a boiler technician, Abdul, was on his way. Abdul was very friendly and knowledgeable and had the boiler repaired quickly and efficiently. We even had the boiler serviced by him while he was here. Very reliable and trustworthy company.

We had Abdurrahman Ismail from NI Gas & Plumbing Services replace the gas central heating boiler at a property we rent out. It’s the first time we’ve used this company but we’ll definitely be using them in future for maintenance, servicing, gas safety certificates etc. Abdurrahman was a pleasure to have working at the property today, he’s done a great job, replacing old pipes, making good the stonework and clearing up after himself, all the time being very happy in his job and taking pride in his work. He even ran through the instructions for the boiler for me to make a video for the tenant. I’m just really pleased we chose NI for this job.

Fully registered young man arrived today to install my brand new cooker which curry’s refused to do as their was a socket in the heat zone. The owner quickly removed and made the socket safe, fitted the cooker and made sure we were happy and that everything was working correctly! Great service at short notice at a very reasonable price! Cafe/kitchen recently refurbished before reopening & boasts a 5-Star food hygiene rating. We really enjoyed the tasty & perfectly cooked full English breakfast, top quality food & ingredients. Had JMG install a Stiebel Eltron Air Source Heat Pump just before Christmas, the two of them did an excellent job fitting and commissioning the unit. An extremely neat job. They handled the paperwork for the Government Grant and bore with us when the OFGEM systems were unhelpful! Helpful advice at the end of a phone and via email, we recommend them.

Joe & Nick kept us up to speed with what was happening and why but they kept it in simple speak so we could fully understand and Jamie just kept us entertained! Jag advised us that the water in the system was contaminated, and that the system needed flushing and some chemicals adding to prolong the life of the boiler and the system. Jag sorted everything out for us for a very reasonable price, and explained everything in layman's terms. We will definitely be using him again next year, and would highly recommend to all. Ate here with my friend for the first time today by pure chance. What a wonderful little find! Both food and wine were absolutely excellent - my friend had a meat board and ratatouille whilst I had a vegetarian dish with butter beans, bread, oil and tapenade. All exquisite and well presented. Staff were friendly, attentive and helpful and decor was divine. If I could make one tiny change I would say the music. We both had a laugh that KC and the Sunshine band wasn’t the best match with the rest of the Bistro feel 😂😂 but this made us smile, we will definitely be back. It’s too good a place not to return to.

On a family holiday in the Yorkshire Dales, we decided to go to Haworth for the day. For a late lunch we popped into Pavé. What a great decision! The menu was a bit confusing at first but the patient waitress explained it well. You can choose from the set menu or choose your own fillings and mark the menu with the pens provided. I went for baguette with Yorkshire Ham and Wensleydale Cheese. It came with a light salad and chutney. Absolutely delicious! 5 of us were well fed and watered for £30.20. Great value. Dog friendly. The meat and cheese counter looked well stocked. The staff were all friendly and polite.

I'm not usually one to write reviews but felt I had to after the amazing service I received by Paul & the team at Compass Mount. After getting a very good initial quote for a complete boiler replacement, I went ahead with the swap. They managed to fit me in within the week and it was fully completed within the day, they even accommodated me when I wanted a radiator swapping last minute. They did a very smart, neat job with all rubbish taken away. Set everything up and showed me to work everything. I am very pleased with the work the lads did. Would highly recommend to anyone!!
