Atmosphere: nice, calm, modern, new, clean, friendly, great relaxing ambience. Staff: very good, helpful, friendly. Food: the in law got 3 cups of tea from her tea pot, so she was uber pleased along with her bacon sandwich. Missus had the cheese toastie (pic). I was super pleased with my eggs royale (better than one I had in London, Middle Eight Hotel which cost around £30) and side of pancakes w/nutella and raspberry jam (pic). Definitely will be returning with the crew!

Stopped in for a brunch/lunch with some work colleagues and the experience was amazing. The food was prepared fresh and the presentation was exactly like all the photos. The service was very pleasant and welcoming. They waiter Andy, did a cracking job to talk us through the menu and helped us tailor our orders. Great atmosphere with soft music, and a relaxed atmosphere. There is some parking on the main road, but no dedicated parking spots. Toilet facilities available.

I had a wonderful experience with my little one this morning! The food is incredible and the staff are very kind. The pancakes and Avocado Benedict were freshly made. My little one accidentally knocked over my coffee and they brought a fresh one out for me even though I was almost finished and didn’t expect a new one as it was my own fault. I will definitely be back!

Excellent service, a very reasonable price and friendly. I had electricity taken to my garden room via an armoured cable. They completed the work to a high standard and installed plug points, an LED strip light and an outdoor security light. They also installed a new plug socket in the house as well. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and I would highly recommend.

John and his apprentice did a great job installing an extractor fan in the bathroom, replacing switches and fitting kitchen and hallway lights. Great communication and very professional and friendly service. Highly recommend.

Would highly recommend Adam - he is a fantastic, local and highly knowledgeable professional. Reliable, honest and transparent advice, tidy and competitively priced. He respected our home and wore shoe covers in the appropriate places. We had a new CCTV system installed and our fuse board/box updated to current standards. His after sales support to get our CCTV working as we wanted it to was top notch and no trouble for him. We also enquired about a change to the alarm system and he was straight up in saying he could quote but it would not be competitive and to go with other providers with better quotes - that honesty was highly appreciated. Overall a really friendly guy. We will definitely use Adam again in the future. Thanks Adam!!

My Sister and I came here today, especially, on her sons recommendation. It dd not dissapoint. We ordered 2 Americano's a Ultimate Carrott cake and a Queen Vic. Thoroughly enjoyed everything. At work we go out of our way and pass other cafes to go here because the Cookhouse is so good. A hidden gem and well worth paying them a visit, you will not be disappointed. Very friendly staff and top notch grub.

The cafe has been recently taken over by a new owner and they've revamped the interior and a new undercover outside to eat. I've only had the bacon sausage and hash brown sandwich with brown sauce (dont ask, its my favourite) and it was delicious 😋 Looking forward to trying the full English soon!

I've been going to Paul's for a while now as the perfect spot to stop on a day browsing up and down Harborne high street. The atmosphere is always friendly and welcoming, and even when it gets busy the team will do their best to let you know when seating will be available and offer to get in touch to let you know so you can continue shopping while you wait. The food is always amazing, there's a range of items on offer, all day brunch, great lunch options, sweet dishes and cakes, all to suit a range of appetites and dietary requirements. There's so many good options I've often had difficulty deciding and the team have been helpful in helping advise and adapting where possible. Would recommend Paul's to anyone visiting the area!

I was here at 8am this morning. Clean, bright and airy. Friendly staff. Locals who knew the staff were constantly coming in while I was there, having a chat which made for a good atmosphere. The ingredients were all very good quality including the coffee; the home made beans and rosti were really nice and unique. I was very happy and very satisfied, thoroughly recommended.

We were looking for an electrician to replace our house fuse board. British Gas (Home Care) gave us a quote for installing a new one. I Googled the average cost of replacing a fuse board and British Gas were far over the cost that my Google search found. I used Checkertrade to contact local companies. I had four contact me, one was Ashley Gray. I checked out all 4 and invited them to quote. I noticed that Ashley had done a big refit for a friend of mine. But still was open to any of the 4. All came around and gave very similar estimates. Ashley was first to visit, really nice bloke who told me what I needed and what was entailed. I went for Ashley because I had seen his previous work although at the time I never knew Ashley. We agreed a date and cost. The work would be for a day, no cash upfront required. Martin from Ashley’s company did the work. Top class worker who did a great neat job. The certificate came through within 7 days. No pressure to pay quickly and plenty of reassurance from Ashley. A top company, Ashley great to work with and Martin a great electrician. Would recommend highly.

I have not been here in a few years, but must say after my visit today and new owners, I would recommend Kenzie's Kitchen. Very clean and modern cafe, welcoming & friendly staff. The food was superb, I had bacon, sausage, egg, black puddling & Tom dip sandwich, the bread was lovely and fresh, bacon, sausage and egg were cooked perfectly. Good presentation, good portion size and served hot. I will be returning. Well done & keep up the good service.

I ordered a large and small breakfast from here on just eat.. The food arrived in good time, food was still hot and cooked perfect even the eggs were done great and the mushrooms were lively cooked and big too, the best mushrooms I've had in a while ... I loved the fact the the beans and tomatoes came in little seperate pots of thier own too. This is definitely my new place to order a brekky from. Would recommend.
