Great rooms and very clean. Excellent location. Very accommodating for family’s which was a great help. Staff members are very helpful especially Justine she went above and beyond to help in every way. Recommend the stay here .
Location is perfect, right in the middle of everything so you don’t have to go far if you need anything. Rooms are lovely, clean and very comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful especially when my partner left his headphones and they got in touch to tell him! We picked them up without any fuss. Overall 10/10!
Always a good stay at this Premier Inn, and on this occasion we had the need to call an ambulance, for something totally unrelated to the hotel. Tommy was the person on the desk at the time, and he made the call, and looked after us well until they arrived. He checked up on us while waiting, and later continued to ask after her during the rest of my stay, while she was in hospital. This hotel is always clean and comfortable, the staff are good, but Tommy stood out this time due to his help.
Great Location, the rooms were tidy and clean. The breakfast lovely. The staff were friendly especially Tommy, I had forgotten my airpods at the hotel and he had helped me find them, very much appreciate his assistance.
