Tom was recommended to me through NextDoor when I put a shout out for a decent sparky. They weren't wrong. Fitted two outside sockets for me and made the electrics in my garage safe. Worked quickly and very tidy, hoovering as he went! Will definitely use again and I definitely recommend.

Tom fitted a new fuse board, whole new circuit for our extension and all the switches, sockets, light fittings, extractor fans etc, no job seemed to phase him and he always come up with practical solutions to any additional requirements we had. Tom was always punctual, polite and professional. I have booked him in for more work such was the quality of his workmanship and I will always look to use him if needed in the future.

Boiler problems building up for 6 months. Taskforce was able to identify the problems and discuss solutions. I opted for a replacement boiler. Options were identified, a preferred option selected, quotation was clear, time frame specified, and the installation was done thoroughly, competently and without any issues. Strongly recommended

Literally life savers. Responded the quickest to a tripped fuse board which turned out to be thermal damage. Dealt with the issue and fixed works carried out by other companies to ensure fuses complied with current regulations. Did the job quickly but thoroughly and explained everything they found along the way in layman’s terms. Honest, quick and reasonably priced, I know who to call now.

Reliable. Punctual. tidy. Polite. Four little words that say a lot. Paul and Nick rewired my house, fitting a new consumer unit and hard wired heat/optical/co detectors. Made good all the chases in the walls to a high standard. They had a plan and each day told us what was happening tomorrow. I made a couple of changes to the original plan but it was sorted no problem. Would recommend and will use again.

Contacted Rafbar Plumbing and Heating to request an urgent Gas Safety Certificate, he was very helpful and promised to carry it within next 2 days. Having understood my conern for it asap, he then phoned me back that same day to confirm he had picked up keys and attended the property, and the Certificate had been sent by email. (And at standard cost, no premium added for same day service). Brilliant service. He was highly recommended to me , and i can see why. So in turn highly recommend.

Have used Hawthorn Electrics many times in the past for various jobs including installation of an induction hob, LED ceiling lights, dishwasher installation, wall mounting a TV, addition of extra sockets around the house and fitting a bedroom ceiling fan, all of which we’re so pleased with. I owned solar panels on a previous property and, as a chartered electrical engineer, was able to form a pretty good idea of what I wanted for our present home by researching on-line. It was then a matter of discussing the detail of what I had in mind with potential contractors and seeking competitive quotations. My initial and very constructive conversation with Trevor, of TRV Electrical Systems Ltd, gave me early confidence that this might be a good company to deal with. We discussed a concern that my Electrical Network Operator (ENO) might not allow the full potential of a Tesla Powerwall 3 to be used owing to local infrastructure limitations and Trevor offered to submit a G99 application, in advance of my committing to the proposed installation, if I was prepared to contribute to the cost of doing so. To this end, Brad, TRV’s other director, made a site visit to measure the grid supply impedance and to discuss where the various component parts might be installed. I was very impressed at TRV’s willingness to engage, like this, and wonder how many other companies would do likewise. The ENO responded surprisingly quicky, allowing the full capacity of the Powerwall to be used, so I happily went ahead. Throughout, my wife and I been very impressed by the knowledge, competence and personability of everyone in the TRV team that we’ve had dealings with. In addition I cannot fault the cleanliness, attention to detail and standard of workmanship employed in the installation. All in all, I’m very glad that I chose TRV Electrical Systems Ltd to supply and install our new solar and battery installation and would thoroughly recommend them without any hesitation. I will certainly approach TRV for any further electrical work that I might require. Thank you!

TVR Electrical Services have done a great job on my solar panels, solar battery and car charger. I had Rich, Seb and Jack working on my roof. At all times they were polite and concerned to do the right job for me. Trev is focussed on delivering the right design, approvals and documentation. I have 10 kWp, SolarEdge inverter and 10 kWh battery. I generate enough electricity to cover all my energy needs including Electric Vehicle and gas.

I had tried quotes from some of the large electric companies for my solar and battery installation; however, I found that I was dealing with telephone sales reps who were really just shifting tin and glass with unconvincing knowledge of their products. I checked Which? Trusted Traders and MCS and found TVR who are local to me in Emsworth. From the outset, they were highly professional in both the approach to quoting and the final installation. The team who did the installation had the customer at the centre of all they did. Where decisions had to be made of placement of equipment etc. they came up with solid ideas to help with the decision process. They were also very focused on the quality of work they provided. They persevered and got the whole installation of 20 panels, an inverter and battery in place in just over a week. Dealing effectively with little problems with the install as they went along. This what at a time when the weather was truly dreadful. They are a well run company who are focused on renewable products and their team seems happy to work for them. They are now there to support me with any questions after the install with their own access to the system to enable easy decision making about how we use it. Thanks TVR and your team. Great job.

Streets electrical completed all new electrics for a loft conversion in our property, as well as installing smoke dectectors in all rooms of, upgrading lighting and upgrading the distribution board to allow for all the new wiring. The team were friendly professionally and were able to answer any questions when they arose, giving their professional opinion on what was best. The team were clean and always left the property at the end of the day in a livable condition. Their communication during the works was excellent and were a reasonable price. Very happy with the works carried out, will recommend to others.

We used Chi-Lec to replace every electrical socket, every switch, new lighting pendants, new light fittings and under cabinet LED strips. Dan gave us excellent advice, and his team were hard working and efficient. We would definitely recommend. Postscript: We decided on some additional work a few weeks later… again done efficiently and quickly. They really are good at what they do.

The best dentist! After years of searching for a reliable dentist, a friend recommended this practice; and I couldn’t be happier! The reception team made me feel welcome and at ease. They scheduled my initial appointment with Harry, who was absolutely fantastic. During the visit, he conducted a thorough check-up, assessing my teeth and gum health. He even took X-rays and explained them to me on the TV screen, providing clear and honest advice throughout. Harry recommended one filling immediately and another as a preventative maintenance, I appreciated his transparency on works that need doing and those that are optional. The practice itself is was undergoing a refurb, so it is brand new inside, with all new equipment. When I returned for my filling a few weeks later, the appointment was seamless. Harry again was thorough. I also wear a retainer, so I was concerned the filling might interfere with it, but I had no issues at all. Harry even encouraged me to return if I experienced any problems, which really showed his dedication to after-care.
