Had a filling replaced With Jo Ann and nurse Sena today, and can honestly say it was the best experience I've ever had regarding a filling. No pain during the procedure. Even the numbing needle actually went in without me feeling anything! Thrilled with the level of care I received today. THANKYOU!

Peter is a skilled and patient dentist who has made me feel much less anxious about dental treatment. He is friendly, gentle and explains everything clearly. Tinnu was assisting today and she was also lovely. I would thoroughly recommend them both.

I feel very fortunate to have been accepted into The Smiles Studio as NHS Patients. Balpreet is super nice, very details in explaining the situation and give us choice. I had an urgent filing needs to be done, I was really lucky to have the appointment the next day and within that appointment, filling is done as she is so considerate and understand the urgency of prompt intervention to prevent the tooth from decaying further. I'm truly grateful to them. I'll recommend them without reserve, but you need to be really lucky to wait for them to open up NHS registration again, unless you go private with them, which is also an option. By the way, I rarely provide such complementary reviews unless they are truly exceptional. Well done, the Smile Studio Chandlers Ford! You are greatly valued.

I think I am one of the few people who quite enjoys going to the dentist! The staff there are so welcoming and friendly. We even have sing-a-longs in the surgery (Michelle). I highly recommend this practice. I have been going here for years. Xx

The team at Oakley are fantastic. They have helped me completely turn around my oral hygiene. I am now much happier and more confident about my teeth and gums! I have recently moved out of the area but I still use Oakley despite the 1hr commute each way.

I have been coming to this practice for years, the staff here are amazing always smiling and happy to see you. Michelle and Mel do a fantastic job of looking after my teeth. I am currently on my SureSmile journey with Mel to sort out my crooked teeth and it’s been a positive experience and I am starting to see results. If you need a great dental practice with caring staff this is the place to come.

As a 26 year old guy, having not been to the dentist in 4 years, I can certainly say the service right from booking was exceptional. My first consultation today, along with X-rays and a clean, and thankfully nothing wrong. William is amazing and treats you with care, passion and is very gentle. I have my next appointment to book for 6 months time for a hygienist and I am looking forward to coming back. Thank you to all of you.

Where do I start with this amazing practise. On the first day of our holiday one of our dogs injured his foot, we phoned around the different vets and from first call with Fernhill, we felt instantly like we were in the best hands. They did everything in their power to help us and our dog to get better and were very very fair on price also. We can not thank them enough for their dedication and care. Would recommend to everyone 100%.

Having not long moved to the area, today was my first visit to the practice and I must say it was the best veterinary clinic visit I've ever experienced, in all the years I've owned my dog. I felt listened to and my concerns addressed, with an appropriate course of action, with follow-up steps provided if necessary. Outstanding service! James completed our bathroom this week and he has done an outstanding job. His levels of professionalism and workmanship are exceptional. He is very polite and was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and he went above and beyond to ensure we got an excellent finish. I would highly recommend him and we will be definitely be using James’ services again for future projects.

From the very start James was always on time, responsive to every call and reliable. One of the most professional trades people I have met - ensuring the work area was tidied every single day, to changing his plans to suit when our bathroom design changed. Never made a fuss even if some of the workload increased and took any issues in his stride. James kept us updated throughout the build with progress and anything he found which needed input he made sure he spoke to us to confirm. The standard of James’s work is extremely high and we now have a bathroom to be proud of. I cannot recommend James enough. I would gladly use him again and wish there were more like him out there.

James has done a few small plumbing jobs for us at our business premises and has just completed our downstairs loo refit at home. He is always brilliant and we would highly recommend him. He is friendly, efficient, reasonably priced and endlessly patient in explaining all the options. He was very flexible on timings and worked around exactly what we needed. We will be booking him to come back and do the bathroom as soon as possible!

Mid-2021: In 2021, we had several plumbing jobs completed by James including fitting a kitchen tap, bathroom tap and fitting a sink waste. James came out and priced the work as agreed and came back with a competitive price. He arrived to do the work on time and did a brilliant job. Great communication, friendly, professional and all work done to a very high standard. Highly recommended. We're looking forward to him working on a bigger project later in the year. Late 2021: Well, our second project is complete and James has done a fantastic job. We are so pleased. Workmanship second to none. Another competitive price and all work to very high standard and on time. Every plumber should strive to be like James. Many thanks again. Look forward to you returning for project #3 in May 2022. Mid 2022: we’ve recently had James back to renovate our main bathroom. As with the cloakroom, James did a fantastic job. The work was completed professionally, to the quoted price and on time. As James encountered small problems imposed by our previous bathroom and non-square walls, he discussed options with us and the end result was fantastic. Cannot recommend enough.

If your petrified of dentists.... This is the place to go. I had Nikki, she took the appointments at my pace, never rushing me. I truly was treated as a person not a number. I had neglected my teeth and they where in a very bad way so had a lot removed and now have dentures. Not a nice procedure but I really don't think I could have done this with out all the support and encouragement the team gave me. This was a year ago..... A year on I have since been for hygienist appointments.... On my own, something I never thought I could do, and boy I can truly smile about that with teeth that I am proud to show. So if your looking for a dentist that is very good but also in a calm relaxed setting that listen to you and what you need don't hesitate.... I know it is hard to take thst first step but you will not regret it.

DJW plumbing were great in our time of need. Our boiler broke and they were able to come out the next day to check. Alfie then came back with the needed parts and heating was restored. Very friendly, explained everything and reasonably priced. Thank you!

Contacted DJW re a significant water leak in my kitchen. Darren made sure someone got to me very quickly, ie same day. Freddie, who carried out the work, was polite, friendly and efficient. Leak stopped on first visit and then very quick turnaround to replace defective parts, and Freddie described at each point the work he was carrying out and why - in such way even a layman like myself could understand! I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional service we received at this dental practice, particularly from the outstanding dentist, Elsa. When my son had a dental emergency, chipping half of his tooth off, the staff at the surgery were nothing short of amazing. We were promptly offered an emergency appointment on the same day, which immediately alleviated our concerns. Elsa's expertise and skill were truly remarkable. She not only efficiently repaired the damaged tooth but did so with such precision that it was impossible to tell it had ever been chipped. The restoration was perfect. Because of long standing tooth problems I use St Cuthbert's extensively for both dentistry and dental hygiene. I am extremely satisfied with the service I have had over quite a number of years. This has included extractions, fillings, the fitting of crowns and the manufacture of a dental plate. All the work has been done efficiently and well. I rate the practice as 5 star.

I have used St Cuthbert for many years and have always found all the team (both technical and reception staff) to be welcoming and friendly and quick to put you at ease. Extremely professional both in their technical work and their communication, flexible in arranging urgent appointments, always ready to help, I can't praise them highly enough. A great dentist! My family have been going here for years as we find the team so friendly and the service is always great. They were really good recently when my daughter (who was really nervous) needed a little filling. Andreana and the nurse were both so lovely to her and kept her at ease. I cannot praise Nick enough for my most recent treatment. I had a replacement filling and was blown away by the practicality pain free procedure I didn’t even feel the needle for when he numbed my gum. The dental nurses were also amazing - Claire and Sirjana. Thank you for making it so easy I would highly recommend you to anyone. Fantastic

I was so nervous to go to the dentist (had been putting it off for ages!) but both Nick and Claire were so great at putting me at ease and talking me through everything as they went. I had my first filling and it was SO easy! Getting my teeth whitened now and Nick walked me through the instructions really carefully, so I can do it at home gradually and safely over the next few weeks. Highly recommend. Don’t put it off like me!

I had a positive experience at this dental practice! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone was so friendly, and it really felt like they went the extra mile to ensure I was taken care of. Hannah (hygienist) introduced me to a new technology they now offer at the practice called Airflow. This innovative system completely changed the typical cleaning experience. I’ve always dreaded cleanings because of the pain, but Airflow was completely different. It was quick, gentle, and effective — no discomfort at all! I really appreciated how attentive Hannah was throughout the process. It’s clear that this practice is focused on providing the best care for their patients, so I would highly recommend!
