I recently visited The Dental Group for a tooth extraction, and I can confidently say it was the most professional and caring dental experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in with a massive toothache, I was treated with such kindness and compassion. A special thanks to Jess, the receptionist, who greeted me with a warm and genuine smile that instantly calmed my nerves. When I told her I was nervous about the extraction, her reassuring words made me feel so much better. Dr. Jeff, the senior dental practitioner, is simply outstanding. He carefully examined me, explained the cause of my pain in detail, and recommended the best course of action. His expertise and calm demeanor gave me the confidence to proceed with the extraction. When the big day arrived, I was very anxious, but Jeff and his assistant made me feel completely at ease. The procedure was incredibly quick and painless—I didn’t feel a thing! Jeff’s professionalism and skill are truly unmatched, and the aftercare instructions he provided were so helpful. The clinic itself is spotless, and every member of the team is polite, professional, and friendly. Their smiles and positive attitudes make the environment so welcoming. I cannot thank Jeff and his team enough for their exceptional care. I’ve already decided to recommend The Dental Group to all my friends, family, and even my entire team at Coriander Lounge. Outstanding service- thank you. I needed an emergency appointment due to severe tooth ache and was able seen at 11am the same day. Dental nurse and dentist were great - quickly establishing I needed root canal treatment and booked me in for the following afternoon. Later that day the pain became increasingly worse. When asking if there was anything they could do to help they offered me an earlier appointment (outside of usual hours) that evening to start the treatment and alleviate the pain - above and beyond customer service! The procedure itself was pain-free and over within 1.5hrs. I’m now waiting for the 2nd appointment in a couple weeks.

I was very pleased with my recent appointment with the dental hygienist. It was a great experience, probably the best I've had at any dental practice. Both Naz and her nurse assistant were gentle and kind. They were also patient and understanding with my disability. I would recommend them and this practice to anyone.

My wife had veneers done by Jeff in 2018 and she was so thrilled with results; literally changed her life and gave her so much confidence. She returned recently to look at replacing the veneers to enhance her smile. Jeff, Giselle and Katie were so welcoming and Jeff’s advice was really helpful so she will be going back again in the future to have new veneers. She wouldn’t have anyone other than Jeff do the work.
