I have quite bad anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist due to 2 previous awful experiences when I was younger. I was recommended Oakley Road by my mum. I am still quite anxious but every single member of staff always puts me at ease and are so understanding and respectful of my anxiety which I am totally thankful for. My dentist Dimitrios is wonderful, a really kind and caring man. I want to say a massive thank you to each and every member of staff for their kindness and help. I highly recommend Oakley Road Dental Practice. It’s wonderful!

I think I am one of the few people who quite enjoys going to the dentist! The staff there are so welcoming and friendly. We even have sing-a-longs in the surgery (Michelle). I highly recommend this practice. I have been going here for years. Xx

I have been coming to this practice for years, the staff here are amazing always smiling and happy to see you. Michelle and Mel do a fantastic job of looking after my teeth. I am currently on my SureSmile journey with Mel to sort out my crooked teeth and it’s been a positive experience and I am starting to see results. If you need a great dental practice with caring staff this is the place to come.

As a 26 year old guy, having not been to the dentist in 4 years, I can certainly say the service right from booking was exceptional. My first consultation today, along with X-rays and a clean, and thankfully nothing wrong. William is amazing and treats you with care, passion and is very gentle. I have my next appointment to book for 6 months time for a hygienist and I am looking forward to coming back. Thank you to all of you.

Helpful reception bookings, able to give choice of dates and times. No one likes the procedure of a hygienist visit but the hygienist at My Dentist Alresford was so sensitive to this and made it as comfortable as possible and gave great advice on aftercare of teeth.

I am having implant treatment with Vish. He is great puts you at your ease and clearly very experienced and no rush. The rest of the team are lovely very friendly and welcoming. Would certainly recommend them all.

Having not long moved to the area, today was my first visit to the practice and I must say it was the best veterinary clinic visit I've ever experienced, in all the years I've owned my dog. I felt listened to and my concerns addressed, with an appropriate course of action, with follow-up steps provided if necessary. Outstanding service! A beautiful practice, with lovely staff and a very calm feel. Thank you for having us!

We have been going to Fernhill Vets for a few years now and we can say without a doubt it is the most caring vet practice we have visited with our dog Harrie(t) who sadly we had to say goodbye. The vet Rohanne and staff have always been understanding, empathetic and reassuring. On Harrie’s sunset day she and us were look after with care and dignity in what must be the hardest decision for any pet owner and vet. We will miss Harrie dearly but we shall hold onto all those good times and unconditional love she gave us for her 14 years. Although it feels at the moment so awful - it was not the wrong decision and we thank Fernhill Vets for helping us come to the right decision for Harrie. After 14 years a whole new pattern to life. Early days, so loved and missed Harrie. Thank you.

Where do I start with this amazing practise. On the first day of our holiday one of our dogs injured his foot, we phoned around the different vets and from first call with Fernhill, we felt instantly like we were in the best hands. They did everything in their power to help us and our dog to get better and were very very fair on price also. We can not thank them enough for their dedication and care. Would recommend to everyone 100%.

It's a hidden gem. A bubble of peace in a increasingly crazy world. A sanctuary. The staff is extremely enthusiastic and excited. Friendlyness is on the top of the menu other items on the menu is quiet and peace. Fantastic atmosphere. The setup may sound dramatic but it rather works towards it's overall charm. You may find coffee, tea, cakes some jokes and occasional giggles among the offerings. We love it!

In the 2 years I've been coming to you and with my history of a very bad fear of dentists that started before I was 5 and from that experience my fear has stayed with me for over 60yrs everyone has been so understanding and helped me through some what for me has been traumatic treatment, it hasn't rid me of my fear but has enabled me to control it better so thankyou all for that. So I would recommend that anyone whose been in my situation and is also suffering with their anxiety or fear of dentists and I know there are many of you give these people a try as they will take very good care of you

Always polite friendly staff. The vet gave my dog a thorough examination, and then her booster vaccination. He assures me she's doing really well. She even gets a treat, which she loves. Very happy with the service I receive.

We have recently moved to Valley park and fortunate enough to have our dog registered with this fabulous vet practise. Pat and his very lovely team have been above helpful, friendly and professional in dealing with me, our dog and a couple of other issues. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Village Veterinary Centre to anyone looking for somewhere fab with pets.

Mid-2021: In 2021, we had several plumbing jobs completed by James including fitting a kitchen tap, bathroom tap and fitting a sink waste. James came out and priced the work as agreed and came back with a competitive price. He arrived to do the work on time and did a brilliant job. Great communication, friendly, professional and all work done to a very high standard. Highly recommended. We're looking forward to him working on a bigger project later in the year. Late 2021: Well, our second project is complete and James has done a fantastic job. We are so pleased. Workmanship second to none. Another competitive price and all work to very high standard and on time. Every plumber should strive to be like James. Many thanks again. Look forward to you returning for project #3 in May 2022. Mid 2022: we’ve recently had James back to renovate our main bathroom. As with the cloakroom, James did a fantastic job. The work was completed professionally, to the quoted price and on time. As James encountered small problems imposed by our previous bathroom and non-square walls, he discussed options with us and the end result was fantastic. Cannot recommend enough.

There’s a reason why it’s so hard to book James! From start to finish, James is professional, friendly and, above all, he takes so much pride in his work. Upon visiting the company he recommended for the fixtures and fittings, it’s clear that he has earned a lot of respect from other professionals too. Our bathroom looks fantastic and the tiling is perfect. It was fascinating watching the whole process and especially the precision of his tiling work. I couldn’t have asked for a better result!

James completed our bathroom this week and he has done an outstanding job. His levels of professionalism and workmanship are exceptional. From the very start James was always on time, responsive to every call and reliable. One of the most professional trades people I have met - ensuring the work area was tidied every single day, to changing his plans to suit when our bathroom design changed. Never made a fuss even if some of the workload increased and took any issues in his stride. James kept us updated throughout the build with progress and anything he found which needed input he made sure he spoke to us to confirm. The standard of James’s work is extremely high and we now have a bathroom to be proud of. I cannot recommend James enough. I would gladly use him again and wish there were more like him out there.

After an unfortunate accident to my front tooth 2 ys ago, I was desperate to find someone who could repair the complex damage, having seen 2 other dentists previously, who had failed to resolve the issues. I found Rob Hannah online, and after an initial consultation & sideways CT scan, he identified the issue with my tooth, and has worked tirelessly to address the issues, restoring my teeth and appearance & subsequently my confidence. His empathy and kindness throughout my treatment has been second to none, and his professional expertise has been excellent and pain free, despite a number of complex operations. A big thank you to Rob and his excellent team, from Wendy on the Isle of Wight (I travel to Southampton to see Rob, he’s absolutely worth it !!).

Looking forward to seeing a dentist isn't my usual feeling but going to Hampshire Dentist is a very different experience. Firstly the reception team are friendly and efficient putting everyone at ease. My treatment was painfree and I also learned a lot from Dr Rob as he skillfully went about restoring a bridge. His knowledge and state of the art equipment is very impressive. More visits will be needed and I can honestly say I look forward to seeing Dr Rob and his colleagues again.

I recently had gum surgery with Dr. Robin and the experience has been excellent from start to finish. The team was professional, welcoming and made me feel completely at ease.
