A great find in a friendly village cafe. Good hearty breakfast, great value at £10.99 for breakfast and coffee ( until end of April). They even managed to flip the eggs as requested to make sure they were well cooked. Would thoroughly recommend.

We wanted the bees we’d had under our roof for 4 years to be removed alive and taken to a good home. Dan P and Emily did just that, along with bee-proofing that part of the roof. They were an absolute pleasure to meet and their love and knowledge of bees shone through. The whole process was made easy by Anthony who had arranged the quote and the visit. A job well done. I'm the first to get overly frustrated with an inability to talk to a person directly when engaging with any service provider but that cannot be said of Laura in the office at PGH. She was true to her word. When she said she'd ring back......she did. She was informed, easy to engage with and a definite plus as a point of first engagement with this firm. The technicians turned up on time and the job was done professionally with minimal fuss and disruption. In the course of the works I met Dan, Emily and Andre all of whom were excellent and dealt with the pests such that they are no longer a problem to me. I did have reason to ask for one small piece of work to be done again and the resulting communication and follow up service was prompt, hassle free and without any quibbling which was refreshing. I have no hesitation in recommending PGH and their team for what sadly now seems to an all too common a problem with rodent and pest control. Thank you.

My daughter started lessons with Kirsty last summer, and she looks forward to them every week. Kirsty has been amazing at filling in the gaps in her knowledge and giving her the confidence boost she really needs. Plus, she makes learning so much fun and creates a pressure-free environment. I'm so glad we found Kirsty—my daughter loves her lessons and doesn't want to stop seeing her!

My grandson has been tutored by Kirsty for 5 years. She was an amazing support to him during Covid lockdowns, which was a difficult time. Henry is always happy to see Kirsty, even though it is more 'learning' after school. She has helped enormously with his confidence and concentration, and his reading, particularly comprehension, is greatly improved. Kirsty makes learning fun with lots of educational games. He receives good reports from his school and I am sure this is partly due to 'Teatime Tutoring'. Her feedback is very helpful and she always mentions his next steps.

Kirsty makes learning maths from being very difficult to fun activity for my 9 year old daughter. She is looking forward to her sessions. Primary mathematics is very important for child to learn and develop for later harder stages of math. Like building a house. Strong foundation is must for sturdy house. I think Kirsty helps our family and my daughter to get that strong foundation. Thank you Kirsty.

Kirsty is very experienced in tutoring primary school kids. She is familiar with the capabilities required by each age/year group, so that she could identify my son’s strengths and areas for improvement accurately. Then a tailor made tutoring plan is worked out. I can see the growing interests and confidence in my son. Kirsty is highly recommended!

We hired ACJ to install some wall lights, switches, sockets and run cables for air conditioning and outdoor car charging station. Adam and Darren were really professional and did a great job—When one of the switches arrived late they bent over backwards to help us get it installed before the decorators arrived. We would definitely hire ACJ again and have already recommended them to our neighbours!

Contacted ACJ to put up a few pendant lighting fixtures for me, they were able to fit this in between jobs, All I can say is that they are excellent from start to finish, they are polite, professional, tidy up after themselves. I called Dave when I encountered a problem with my front door lock. I had attempted to fix the problem myself but wasn’t sure that I had been successful. Dave answered my call very promptly, his aim to get to me as soon as possible. He kept in touch as to timings…. I found him to be a very likeable, polite and courteous man. It seemed I had managed to fix things myself and was worrying unnecessarily. Dave didn’t charge me and wouldn’t accept a token payment….just a request to leave a review. Dave, it’s my pleasure.

Had these guys come out for a wasp nest in our garden, with one treatment it killed the nest. Person who came round (sorry forgot her name) was really nice and gave advice to keep kids away as well as any dogs for a few hours after. Would definitely use them again if we have any further pest problems

Really nice tucked away family run pub. Very helpful signage from the A31 giving directions. Got a great feel when you walk through the door and everyone is very welcoming. The layout and decor is very inviting and definitely has a nice feel to it. The beer garden is one of a kind, great style and gives you privacy when in your party. I loved the huge secluded table and perfect for family get togethers or couples alike. Would recommend this place for sure. Oh and there is a huge car park on the opposite side of the road with generous parking bays. Definitely worth another visit sometime. To add, there is the local shop a few feet away that sells COOK and a good variety of products.

DJK electrical have been excellent. We had a few electrical issues at home and asked for recommendations to fix them. They suggested sensible fixes and at a reasonable price. Although one of the issues took a while to fix, this was a combination of both our and their availability. At all times Andy, who dealt with the majority of the work required, contacted us and made alternative plans. Always professional, courteous and polite. We are very happy with their work and price.
