Contacted ACJ to put up a few pendant lighting fixtures for me, they were able to fit this in between jobs, All I can say is that they are excellent from start to finish, they are polite, professional, tidy up after themselves. We hired ACJ to install some wall lights, switches, sockets and run cables for air conditioning and outdoor car charging station. Adam and Darren were really professional and did a great job—When one of the switches arrived late they bent over backwards to help us get it installed before the decorators arrived. We would definitely hire ACJ again and have already recommended them to our neighbours!

ACJ fitted an EV charger for me and were brilliant. Our new car ended up being ready a couple of weeks earlier than expected and Adam bent over backwards to get the charger in earlier than planned. I would highly recommend.

Kelly has been looking after my garden for about a year and does an excellent job! We recently had a patio area and a Gazebo fitted by Francis and the team and they have transformed a disused area of our garden into a haven. We had the work done over 5 days and Francis, Robin, Riley and Kelly worked really hard each and every day to create a beautiful, useable space. They left the garden tidy everyday and disposed of all the waste. They also built a log storage area for the fire pit, which wasn't part of the original plan, but Francis said he had the materials to build one for us. That was a really nice touch and it looks fantastic. It goes without saying that Luna (Kelly and Francis' beautiful Spaniel) is my favourite worker 😉 Luna always brightens up our day! Avant are absolutely amazing at what they do. They have excellent knowledge of plants, which I don't, and my garden always looks incredible when they leave. The entire team are friendly, approachable and just really nice, genuine people. I would highly recommend them for both general gardening and landscaping. Thanks to everyone at Avant for everything!

Had patio cleaned, extended and repointed properly to match original. One side of garden dug out and replaced with pebble border for pots. Much easier now for me to keep tidy. Large Pittisporum tree that was looking rather untidy was trimmed and reshaped. Very pleased with all the work carried out, big thanks to Francis, Reilly, Robin and Kelly, who were punctual, extremely tidy and worked very hard to make the garden and patio look so much better. I would highly recommend Avant Gardener Ltd, very glad I found them when looking to get my garden revamp done and for any future work required.

On very short notice, Francis and his team transformed my Mum's Garden, in readiness for a house sale. I couldn't be happier with the results. They did an excellent job cutting the grass, trimming the edges, pressure washing the patio and much more, really going above and beyond. Having decided we would like the help of a tutor for our daughter for her GCSEs we were a little lost, but thankfully found Tahir! He is a lovely, calm and patient tutor who on a 1 to 1 basis was excellent our daughter. Kirsty makes learning maths from being very difficult to fun activity for my 9 year old daughter. She is looking forward to her sessions. Primary mathematics is very important for child to learn and develop for later harder stages of math. Like building a house. Strong foundation is must for sturdy house. Barry and team did a fantastic job replacing the felt, battens, some beams and some tiles on my 1960s roof, plus replacement fascias, soffits and gutters and a refresh of my porch. I've been hugely impressed by First Choice Roofing and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I e-mailed last Thursday to request a quote; within less than fifteen minutes, I'd heard back and we arranged a visit that same day. By today (Wednesday) the work was complete! My garage roof - which had a huge amount of greenery to be removed - has been cleared, boarded and refelted to a high standard, as well as having guttering and drainpipe installed. Genuinely one of the easiest major property maintenance encounters I've ever had.

Cannot recommend Elite Fascias enough. From initial enquiry to job done - highly professional, courteous service. Very respectful of my property & left everything neat & tidy. Also found the source of some stains we were seeing on the old wood soffits which was some cracked tiles so that saved me a leak in the future! Would highly recommend Jonathan for any pest control support you need. My parents used him a few years ago at their house and he helped them tackle their issue very quickly as well as easing everyone’s anxieties around the problem. We have now used him in our house and he has been extremely helpful at helping us be rodent free. He’s extremely knowledgeable, has time and loads of Patience! I have a Phobia of mice and rats and he’s really eased my anxiety around this! Any pest control problems he’s your guy!!! Thanks again for all your help, will recommend to anyone needing some help! Discussed options, recommended and installed a physical barrier to prevent ongoing rat burrowing underneath a concrete plinth by our garage. We called Jonathan in the morning and explained our situation, that we had inherited a flea issue from the previous tenants in a new property we had just moved into. I have contacted Jonathan on a few occasions regarding pests in my home. He is extremely professional and always finds the cause of the problem. He found a hole in my house and even went to buy materials to fill the hole then and there for me. He always follows up his work a few days later to check the issue is resolved or if any further support is needed. And he was happy to answer my many questions I had! I was very surprised when receiving my invoice as it was very reasonably priced for the amount of time he spent sorting treatment and filling holes for me! I can not thank him enough!
