What a wonderful firm KBO are. Couldn’t be more helpful and efficient and in these days of rogue locksmiths choose KBO every time. My 94 year old nearly blind and disabled father who lives in Farnham was scammed out of £700 by a firm of ‘local’ locksmiths. KBO saved the day. Highly recommend this lovely firm.

Both my back garden gate and garage door locks were plagued by persistent jamming issues. KBO responded promptly and diagnosed the problems efficiently. Their repairs were swift, smooth, and affordable. Notably, the locks function better now than before! Highly recommend for reliable and professional locksmith services. Dec 2024 I needed my car key coded because the dealer, who provided a second key, was unable to do it for me due to their distant location. KBO stepped in and efficiently handled the coding for me. Their service was prompt and professional, saving me a lot of hassle.

Had patio cleaned, extended and repointed properly to match original. One side of garden dug out and replaced with pebble border for pots. Much easier now for me to keep tidy. Large Pittisporum tree that was looking rather untidy was trimmed and reshaped. Very pleased with all the work carried out, big thanks to Francis, Reilly, Robin and Kelly, who were punctual, extremely tidy and worked very hard to make the garden and patio look so much better. I would highly recommend Avant Gardener Ltd, very glad I found them when looking to get my garden revamp done and for any future work required.

Kelly has been looking after my garden for about a year and does an excellent job! We recently had a patio area and a Gazebo fitted by Francis and the team and they have transformed a disused area of our garden into a haven. We had the work done over 5 days and Francis, Robin, Riley and Kelly worked really hard each and every day to create a beautiful, useable space. They left the garden tidy everyday and disposed of all the waste. They also built a log storage area for the fire pit, which wasn't part of the original plan, but Francis said he had the materials to build one for us. That was a really nice touch and it looks fantastic. It goes without saying that Luna (Kelly and Francis' beautiful Spaniel) is my favourite worker 😉 Luna always brightens up our day! Avant are absolutely amazing at what they do. They have excellent knowledge of plants, which I don't, and my garden always looks incredible when they leave. The entire team are friendly, approachable and just really nice, genuine people. I would highly recommend them for both general gardening and landscaping. Thanks to everyone at Avant for everything!

We hired ACJ to install some wall lights, switches, sockets and run cables for air conditioning and outdoor car charging station. Adam and Darren were really professional and did a great job—When one of the switches arrived late they bent over backwards to help us get it installed before the decorators arrived. We would definitely hire ACJ again and have already recommended them to our neighbours!

Contacted ACJ to put up a few pendant lighting fixtures for me, they were able to fit this in between jobs, All I can say is that they are excellent from start to finish, they are polite, professional, tidy up after themselves. Ben fixed our leaking flat roof that was “repaired” by cowboy traders in October 2023. It was great to see how a professional job should be done! No payment taken until job was completed and kept us informed throughout and explained how the system he uses works. Definitely felt he went out of his way to ensure the job was done to the best possible standard.

I’ve had a persistent leak beside a dormer window which I have tried unsuccessfully to have repaired by other roofers. I found Ben on the Trading Standards website and he undertook a number of improvements to guttering, redirecting how rain drains away and replacing several areas of roof felting that had deteriorated and had been punctured. I cannot recommend Ben strongly enough, extremely personable, reliable and really knows his stuff. Thank you for a job, promptly undertaken, competitively priced and most importantly, very well done.

I've been hugely impressed by First Choice Roofing and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I e-mailed last Thursday to request a quote; within less than fifteen minutes, I'd heard back and we arranged a visit that same day. By today (Wednesday) the work was complete! My garage roof - which had a huge amount of greenery to be removed - has been cleared, boarded and refelted to a high standard, as well as having guttering and drainpipe installed. Genuinely one of the easiest major property maintenance encounters I've ever had.

Barry and team did a fantastic job replacing the felt, battens, some beams and some tiles on my 1960s roof, plus replacement fascias, soffits and gutters and a refresh of my porch. He was amazingly responsive and good at communicating, and his team including David and Tom were excellent. We called Bentley Environmental Services having gotten a less than speedy timeframe from the council and we’re so glad we did. I had used a spray foam as it meant I could try from a distance. There was no way I was going into the attic! George was able to come out to us the very same day to deal with a wasp issue in our attic. Our 13month daughter had been stung twice in the space of 24hours. The nest was sorted from inside the attic and outside the house so we’re very confident they will be eradicated. Very professional and very friendly. Would highly recommend

A job well done. I'm the first to get overly frustrated with an inability to talk to a person directly when engaging with any service provider but that cannot be said of Laura in the office at PGH. She was true to her word. When she said she'd ring back......she did. She was informed, easy to engage with and a definite plus as a point of first engagement with this firm. The technicians turned up on time and the job was done professionally with minimal fuss and disruption. In the course of the works I met Dan, Emily and Andre all of whom were excellent and dealt with the pests such that they are no longer a problem to me. I did have reason to ask for one small piece of work to be done again and the resulting communication and follow up service was prompt, hassle free and without any quibbling which was refreshing. I have no hesitation in recommending PGH and their team for what sadly now seems to an all too common a problem with rodent and pest control. Thank you.

We wanted the bees we’d had under our roof for 4 years to be removed alive and taken to a good home. Dan P and Emily did just that, along with bee-proofing that part of the roof.
