As a very anxious person visiting the dentist, my visits over the last two weeks have been a somewhat pleasure. Although the reason for visit was unpleasant (deep clean and treatment for a dental abscess) I cannot thank Risto (Dentist) and Lauren (assistant) enough. Lauren was incredible and making me feel calm and at ease and put my anxiety at bay. Risto was patient and friendly and just got the job done in a professional and friendly way. Both paid attention to how I was in the chair and stopped as and when I needed making me feel in control. The reception staff were equally as incredible and I'm not actually nervous for my next visit. I usually have local anaesthetic when having treatment but I had none today and have been fine other than a little discomfort. A huge thank you to the team.

I have been attending this dental.practice , since 2000 , not one complaint from me , lovely friendly staff ,from receptionists up to my dentist , I get very good care , such a relaxing experience, well as relaxing as a filling can be . , I used to be terrified of dentists , not anymore , I always recommend this practice to family and friends .

In for a filling and a chat about veneers on my front teeth. No injection for filling and no pain. Very informative about different options for my front teeth.

Risto Stoimenov, his colleague assistant [sorry don't know name] also Stephen down stairs all helped me enormously this last week; an erupting wisdom tooth coupled with treatment scheduled for same sort of time - they did their utmost sending me back out into the world in far better shape than when I came in. My partner and daughter have been patients of MyDentist for a couple years and have been very satisfied with their excellent affordable service. I have not seen a dentist for 5 years due to most practices stopping NHS treatment. I have a broken tooth and decided to give MyDentist a try. The best decision I have ever made! Receptionist were lovely, and very helpful getting me an appointment. The dentist was very diligent, informative, understanding and generally a lovely chap. I would definitely recommend MyDentist!
