I had my wedding hair done at Leo Bancroft Salon with Amy. The service I received was excellent. It was easy to book an appointment. Amy went above and beyond to ensure my hair was perfect and made sure I had the most relaxing experience. I was taken upstairs to a private room to get ready with my bridesmaids while the photographer was there to capture the moment. My bridal hair was beautiful, plus it stayed in place all day.

Can’t thank Sharie at Leo Bancroft enough! She has completely transformed my hair and exceeded my expectations. Not only this but the whole team are so welcoming and the Christmas Prosecco trolly was an added bonus! I will always be coming here from now after having many of disappointed outcomes from previous salons. Very happy with my service today!!

Today was my first visit to Leo Bancroft Salon and what a great experience. The Salon is so nice and relaxing. Nancy has been styling my hair for 4 years now. Nancy is so confident and helped me today with a new style. Nancy has great energy and I look forward to my next visit. Thank you

Even though from the outside it looks humble, inside it opens to a labyrinth of discovery. Gorgeously decorated rooms, halls and corridors opened as I travelled through the salon. I was greeted with stylish, welcoming, professional and happy staff. I was offered delicious artisan tea. Even the restrooms upstairs are tastefully decorated. I have very thick and long hair and know there is no chance I will get out in 3 hours, so in the end, it was 4.5 hours. My hair stylist was Emma, and she patiently worked with me through. And to get me out in time, train joint in to blow dry. I was there for full head highlights, toner, treatment, cut and sleek blow dry, and it all came to £280, same or less than half head highlights and toner at my previous place. Also, because I had to leave and Emma didn't have time to go over the cut on dry hair, she suggested that I drop by when I have time, and she will do it.

I had such a great experience in the stunning Leo Bancroft Salon. Aside from the salon being beautiful, bustling and welcoming Kristen was very attentive, friendly and skilled at cutting my hair which is long, wavy and prone to frizz. She listened to what I asked for and the result was better than I expected! I rebooked right after the appointment. The reception team were also super professional and friendly and they gave me a complementary treatment on my next visit as I had originally booked in with a different stylist. But as this was my first time at the salon, it made no difference to me really and I am so pleased they moved me to Kristen anyway! I look forward to returning.
