Flavours and textures are so yummy. Absolutely delicious food - the rice with chicken+veg / pork, different dumplings and buns I have tried are all fantastic. Hidden gem.
Rating: 5 / 5
Delivery order. I must say, I am so very pleasantly surprised that I had to post a review midway eating these! What strikes me the most is how generous the portions are for the price. Then when I took a bite of that chicken dumpling, you can tell how carefully home-crafted these dumplings are with a fantastic tasty filling. Now the bento box is again absolutely generous, healthy and delicious. I haven't tried the bao bun yet but I'm pretty sure it will be perfect as well. This will be definitely be my go-to place from now on.

I'm so jealous who lives near here, the food was extremely good and reasonable price. Staff were quick and friendly!! High recommended for takeaway 👍🏻😋🫶🏻

This is a great little secret place to eat! The food is fantastic, it is a cafe at the front of a Chinese Dumpling and Steamed Bun factory. These are not typical dumplings or steamed buns though, they are some of the best I have ever tried! The spicy Pork dumplings are amazing with a good kick of peppercorn! They do noodle soups and stirfry dishes for lunch and then I always get some buns to take away and steam at home, they are absolutely delicious!

Beautiful food! What a lovely find and can't wait to go back! Photo is of the delicious moussaka 💛
Rating: 5 / 5
My parents and I have been coming here for years (well, me for years, my parents probably for a decade or two!) Best Lebanese food around, and definitely one of the best restaurants in Acton. Star dish for me is definitely the Kellaj (halloumi filled hot bread) - sooo good with the hummus. Give it a go, Tony and the staff are always very helpful and friendly too.
Rating: 5 / 5
L'Oriental has been open in acton for a long time don't let the outside appearance fool you this place is great, and the staff are very nice too. There is a great selection of meals and snacks. I Really enjoyed the vegetarian selection, which I bought to take away. I wasn't expecting such a big portion, Every thing was delicious! My photo really doesn't do this food justice, next time I will put it on a plate.

Lovely local eateries which offers eat in and take away options. Visit today was my first for a while but it had been a great option in the early part of the first easing of lockdown in 2021. Decent middle Eastern foods with good options on the menu. Alcohol is available if you want it.

We celebrated my friend’s birthday in this lovely restaurant yesterday. The food was outstanding, the atmosphere was cosy and inviting and the service was brilliant. We had the pleasure to be served by the owner of the restaurant who is a lovely polish woman. She made sure we were all comfortable and happy with everything! Thank you ❤️❤️
Rating: 5 / 5
The restaurant and the staff is very friendly and absolutely no invasive, they really cared to give is a nice treatment. Nice 80'-90' background music. As per the food, is even better, the roasted duck leg was incredibly teasty and their pierogies are the best. Absolutely recommend 10/10.

What a fantastic Polish restaurant! And I don’t say that lightly being Polish myself. We travelled for over an hour on a Sunday afternoon to get there, and we weren’t disappointed. The place was packed, we didn’t have a booking, but the lovely owner accommodated us promptly. The food was absolutely DELICIOUS!! (Photos attached) Customer service super attentive & very welcoming! We received a couple of complimentary Cherry Vodka shots which were soooo tasty! And finished our meal off with a to-die-for Nutella Cheesecake! Yum! Honestly a 5 out of 5 experience and we will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic place. We were in 6 people and tried most of the dishes... delicious Polish food. Venison dumplings in mushroom sauce ☺️ Very nice service. The owner herself looks after and makes sure that customers are satisfied. A tip left with pure pleasure. I sincerely recommend it.👌

I recently visited, and it was an absolute delight! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a great meal. The shish selection was incredible; tender, flavorful, and grilled to perfection. The sides and sauces complemented the dishes beautifully, and everything tasted so fresh. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made sure we had a great experience from start to finish. Whether you're a fan of traditional flavors or looking to try something new, this place has it all. I’ll definitely be back soon; highly recommend to anyone who loves quality food and great service!

Visited about a week ago with my friend, the owner is amazing so glad we got to chat with him, he’s running everything and still had great service and is beyond nice. Helped us with shisha recommendations and was so helpful with recommending food to fit what we wanted. An amazing experience couldn’t ask for anything more, you really feel at home.

French toast: it was lovely but soaked in syrup as you can see on my picture. I strongly suggest the chef yo put syrup on the side for customer to add themselves. Lovely full English breakfast. We also enjoyed the Spanish ice coffee. Chai latte was just okay. I didn’t have any cinnamon on top.

A super great place to have breakfast. The food and drinks taste fantastic. It's very clean and the staff are super nice. We found the place by chance while on holiday and will keep coming back as long as we're here. The prices are also absolutely reasonable. Keep up the good work. Best regards.

One of the best places in Acton. Lovely service, ambience. Genuinely a great place to meet up. We have especially like the chili paneer roll, milk cake and their chai is also great. I am really glad we have a place like this here!
Rating: 4 / 5
Chai here is great. Even the Mint Karak Chai was very impressive. However I’ve had many ordered come wrong to me here. They also need to resolve the pricing issue they have on the board. Nonetheless playing Ludo over a Chai is quite the evening vibe.

I came here for lunch today and I was really impressed with the quirky look of the place. It was very busy too, which means it must be a popular local. I had the Mexican Chicken Sandwich (with cheese and onions), which was very tasty😋Last week I had the Chicken Tikka Sandwich, which was excellent 👌🏽 I also had the Pistachio Latte, which I enjoyed 😋 Overall, I really recommend coming here. The food is good and the ambience is very nice. I was served by Kian, who's a very friendly guy and definitely adds to the overall vibe of the place 😊

One of the best English breakfast I’ve had, and it’s halal which is amazing!!, as most places aren’t. the staff were also lovely and really nice. Only downfall was sometimes it was too loud inside and a lot of people were speaking loudly including the singer which was performing Christmas songs in here. I know that it isn’t the cafes fault however it slightly ruined me enjoying my meal, as I could hear about everyone’s lives in their conversations. Other than that 10/10 recommendations & will try to come back at a more quieter less busy time.

I recently visited this coffee shop during my first trip to Acton, and it was such a delightful experience! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with cozy decor that made it the perfect spot to relax. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me and my family feel welcome. What really stood out was how thoughtful they were with my kids. They not only offered lollipops but also brought out a box full of toys to keep them entertained while I enjoyed my coffee. It made the visit so much more enjoyable and stress-free. As for the coffee, it was fantastic—rich and flavorful. If you’re in Acton, I highly recommend stopping by this little gem. It’s the perfect place to unwind, whether you’re on your own or with family.

The service here was amazing - we wanted to ask about the seasonal special drinks and they took their time to thoroughly explain the options to us. We ended up getting the summer seasonal orange latte and strawberry mocha and both were fresh and delicious. The English breakfast was also excellent and they have vegetarian options! Overall, the staff were very hospitable and I would love to come back again.

Had dinner here last night and absolutely loved it!!! The flavours were amazing. I love Thai food and I've been to loads of Thai restaurants in London, but I think this one is my new favourite. Service was great, the staff are very friendly. The atmosphere is also lovely. Will definitely be returning soon!

Not everything was available on the day, but nonetheless great alterative options to try. Will definitely visit again!

We went for a dinner to RodFai for the first time today as it had fantastic reviews on Google. I must say the experience was great! Food was delicious, service was great and fast too considering the place was very busy. I asked for less spicy dish and my request was kindly accommodated. Everything was super fresh and super delicious! Highly recommend! And we definitely will be back! Thank you!

This small cafe is a gem in my neighbourhood. Cozy and welcoming vibe and the guy attending (I think he is the owner) is super friendly and always ensuring you are happy with the food. I just had a delicious vegan breakfast and truly enjoyed the last vibe and nice atmosphere. Fully recommended

Had ice latte, hash brown, mushroom and egg Benedict :) nice big portion and the largest hash brown I’ve ever had 😜 I though staff was joking when I ordered 5 that it is huge 😂 (still no left overs 🤣). Staffs were all nice and nice cozy seems very local places 👍🏻

I’ve been an infrequent customer here over the last few years but every time I do visit, both the service and food are great! I absolutely love By Max cafe. The staff are always friendly, the owner is very welcoming. The atmosphere is sophisticated but relaxed. I would highly recommend trying the cafe! We had pastries and a sausage roll. All of them were delicious, especially the sausage roll with tomato sauce was incredibly nice! My hus said that he would like to have a bucketful of sauce🤣 Thank you, Max!

We went for brunch on a Saturday morning. Staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful. Got the Acton Smash with a flat white and both were perfect. They even gave us free Anzac biscuits and a flat white because it took them a bit to bring our dishes. It actually didn’t take them that long! I will definitely go back!

Lovely little coffee shop that also doubles as a cocktail bar in the evenings, we had lovely brunch with really excellent smoothies. Really friendly staff, will go again for sure.

Best coffee and brunch / lunch locally. Awesome spot with super friendly staff. Also, there’s loads more space to sit downstairs - so don’t be put off by the small upstairs.

Nice brunch cafe offering proper Australian brunch. Friendly staff. We sat outside but the seating and table situation is not great. The tables are way too low to eat off. We had to use the stools as makeshift tables (they were also too low). There is also seating inside. The coffee is decent and the menu is exciting compared to wahts around in Acton. If you like a full English, probably not the place for you as the menu is on the healthier side of the scale. I had the Hello Blue Bowl which was really good. Would absolutely go back again. The outside seating is my only gripe. Recommended place to have a breakfast/brunch Australian style. Acton really needed a place like this.
