This cafe never disappoints! Had another amazing oat latte today, made by the sweetest barista. The milk texture and temperature were spot-on! I’ve tried other spots around Acton, but none of them have baristas as skilled and friendly as this place. The high standards here really stand out. Plus, they’re celebrating Halloween, which just makes them even cooler than the rest! 🎃☕

Great spot for coffee and brunch, just by the overground station. The service is impeccable, the guy behind the counter is super friendly and the drinks and food on offer are all well made. I had a matcha latte with my salmon and eggs on bread, which was lovely.

Just had the most lovely breakfast experience here. The food was incredible and very affordable for what you get. The staff were fantastic too, chatty and engaging. One of them even ran out to help push a car that broke down in front of the railway crossing! Well worth the drive past many other cafes closer to my house for the experience - and 1 hour free parking bays along Acton Park make it very convenient to get to.

What truly sets “Kafedaki” apart , is the quality and freshness of their pastries. Each item on the menu speaks to the artistry and passion that goes into baking. I opted for the spinach pie and it was nothing short of heavenly! The pastry was perfectly flaky, and the filling was rich and flavorful. You can tell that they use top-notch ingredients, and everything is made with love. The menu offers an amazing variety of treats, from classic croissants to stunning cakes that are almost too beautiful to eat! This was such an unexpected treat! I was in the area to meet a pal, not to eat. But when we walked by and I looked inside I knew I *had* to go in. It's such a cute space! We ordered our food which arrived quickly. My toastie was super tasty and served on lovely crockery. We even stayed for cakes which were delicious. We spoke to Pam, the owner, who is so kind and you can tell she really puts a lot of thought, love, and care into the space. An absolutely lovely lunch experience. Thank you, Pam!

Absolutely beautiful tea room with the best host/owner! The atmosphere is cosy and friendly and the food is amazing comforting, home cooked vibes. The owner has a great understanding of dietary requirements and can offer gluten free, vegan and dairy free options (you can call up before hand to let her know too!) Vegan cheese and butter is available to make cheese toasties, the soup is often vegan too. Can’t recommend enough! Photos show vegan cheese toasty and soup of the day.

I really really loved my burger. It was full of flavour, filling & just incredibly tasty all round. I got the special burger called big smoke. It was great. The only issue I had with this place was that it was really small and it was really busy so there was a bit of wait, I’m guessing it’s a small business but nevertheless it was definitely worth it.

It’s already been said a few times here, but I’ll say it again. BEST DAMN BURGER of my life. The crispy charred edges of the smashed beef patty, the perfectly cooked moist center, amazing balanced bacon jam with the right amount of mustard and other sauces - is a thing of beauty! The layers of umami in every single bite are what burger dreams are made of! Add to that delicious sides like loaded hash browns and very friendly service - no drama but pure bliss!

Went here after wanting to have brunch more locally with my friends. A beautiful establishment with delicious food. We literally devoured everything and were so comfortable in the store. After being blindsided by the food, my friends and I realised the cafe run by fellow old high school members. Felt proud of them! Very cute and family run. Will defo be back whenever we get the chance.

Its a very trustworthy person, I left the key with him, and when he finished he was happy to drop it off at my work place. Andrew takes time to make sure everything is done properly. Very highly recommended. Brilliant service!!!

I cannot recommend this service highly enough. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I had no water Saturday morning, and arranged a visit with Andre for Sunday in the 12-5 appointment window. I had a restaurant booking for 2pm Sunday I had forgotten about and when I called Andre to see if he can please come closer to 5 so I wouldn’t miss my outing, he went above and beyond for me!! He arrived within a few hours (late on a Saturday night,) checked my boiler out, and came back this (Sunday) morning at 8am with my new boiler. and a helping hand to have it installed. I write this with a new boiler installed about 24 hours after reporting the problem, on my way to my booking with no problems. Never has something that felt like a crisis gone so smoothly. Thank you SO much Andre!!!! He was also careful and considerate with my very curious cat and I really appreciate that as well. A friendly guy who does a great job. I will absolutely be recommending this service to anyone I can, and hope this review has helped you decide this is definitely the right company to call. 🤝

Really lovely experience dealing with Andrew , the installation was quick and efficient. We got the boiler in 2 days later after the one we had broke . Usually you would have to wait at least 7-14 days for a new boiler to be delivered. He even repainted for us ! Will definitely be using him again for anything we need and would highly recommend him to other people Thanks so much Andrew !!

We are delighted and relieved to have connected with SES Electrical Contractors, which has systematically sorted out a number of overdue issues with electrical installations including emergency lighting, fire alarm systems and most recently adding motion-sensor lighting for the communal staircase. The managing director, Byron Sanders, went the extra mile to ensure that this latest installation was the best it could be. We have now met several SES technicians and they have all been professional, capable and personable. I have no reservations in recommending the company.

I can’t thank Byron and the SES Electrical Contractors team enough! After waking up to no electricity in the house, I spent hours calling other electricians but couldn’t find anyone available. Thankfully, I was recommended SES Electrical, and from the moment I spoke to Byron, the service was amazing. He kindly offered to troubleshoot the issue over the phone before arranging a visit, patiently guiding me through a few steps and helping me resolve the issue myself! This saved me at least £300 in Electrian costs/call out fees, and was such kind and professional service which made my day. I highly recommend Byron and the SES team enough for any electrical needs!

Andrew is an extremely competent and professional electrician. I would thoroughly recommend. He recently fixed and repaired a while load of things for me - with a minimum of fuss - that other electricians had failed at. 👌 I have spent many years around all sorts of tradespeople - including other electricians - on multiple projects and house renovations. Whilst I am not an electrician myself, I do have a rough idea of the regulations / what is best-practice / what is non-compliant with building control / and what is plainly dangerous! I've seen it all.... That's why - when I met Andrew and saw how he works - it was a breath of fresh air. He really knows his stuff; the technical details, the regulatory elements and also the customer-service side of things. [He has the smartest pair of over-shoes you are ever likely to see!] The thing about electrical work is that most of it is hidden. So you need to be able to trust that it is being done the right way. If you are thinking of using Andrew for your electrical work, I would say you are absolutely in safe hands. Thank you Andrew! And look forward to seeing you next time...
