Swallows Nest Barn is a real treasure of a venue. The barn, courtyard and surrounding areas are naturally stunning and make for a great setting and photo opportunities - they only need some small touches to make your wedding unique to you! The staff are 10/10, every single one of them puts in so much effort to give you a wonderful day! The food is also fantastic by Lemon Zest, and we even managed to add on an ice cream cart! We had an unbelievable wedding here in July and our guests also had an amazing time. Would 100% recommend this venue!

We knew we wanted to get married in a barn, as soon as we walked into the Swallow Nest we knew it was our venue. The run up to the wedding we were kept in the loop, every email answered in record time and every little question I had, the team ensured they found an answer. Special mentions have to go to Leanne and Beth. Leanne saw my vision and got it perfect on the day, no job was too big or small. The day ran so smoothly and she took away every anxiety I had. If there were any issues on the day I was unaware and I am positive it was all due to Leanne. Just such a joy to be around, our planning meetings with her were so organised and she would always be replying to my endless emails. I feel like we had a special connection with Beth- she was the member of the team that showed us around that first time, she always would go out of her way to come and speak to us on the endless open days we attended and the evening of our wedding she was a super star. Always making sure me and my husband had drinks in hand, being a great MC and even grabbing me some paracetamol at the end of the night. Nothing was too much for her or any of the team. I loved the intimacy of the venue even when people were outside, in the shoot room or the barn it felt like we were all together. Every guest that came to our day mentioned how nice the venue was. Our day was perfect from start to end and the venue was such a huge part of it. Thank you so much to all of the Swallows Nest Team.

I’m not sure words can express how amazing Swallows Nest and the team are but here we go! From the moment we looked around at our first viewing Abby and the team were amazing, always on hand to answer any questions, throughout our whole planning process no amount of viewings were too much we managed to take several family members over to see the venue before the wedding. The whole planning process was so smooth and easy thanks to the staff shoutout to Alice, Beth and Leanne for always being at the end of an email and helping us through our planning meetings. The big dah was fabulous, Leanne was on hand all day, and we didn’t have a smooth morning with a poorly flower girl! But everything was handled so professionally and smoothly it really relaxed my nerves! Leanne took my vision and created it so perfectly it exceeded everything I had envisioned. When Beth took over in the evening again everything was handled so professionally and she really did make the evening with how she made sure guests were where they should be. The serving and bar staff were also fabulous, constantly making sure we had a drink in our hand and checking our food was okay. The venue itself is stunning, the courtyard is a gorgeous little sun trap and the rest of the venue has amazing views. We really did have the best day and we wish we could do it all over again.

We recently had our wedding day at Swallows Nest barn and the day couldn’t have gone better! The venue is stunning, the staff go above and beyond throughout the entire process, and the food from Lemon Zest was incredible. On the wedding day, the barn was the most intimate gorgeous location for a ceremony, and the outside areas are so perfect for a drinks reception. The second room was perfect for the evening reception and looks stunning from outside too with all the gorgeous lights that come on when it gets dark. With the venue being on a farm, there are multiple stunning locations for photos, both inside the barn/courtyard and also in the farm fields and tracks. Overall, we had an absolute blast planning our wedding day and the team at Swallows Nest made everything so easy and were always so accommodating with anything we asked. Massive shout out to Beth & Leanne, our amazing coordinators who helped us plan our perfect day. Book this venue, you won’t regret it!

The ladies at CGM were so helpful right from the very start until the very end and even after!! Absolutely nothing was too big or too small of a job for them. We had near enough everything for our wedding from CGM and it was just beautiful. Julie was able to set up the night before so I could have a look and said I could change whatever I needed, but nothing needed changing it was stunning. Julie even come back the night of the wedding to collect her stuff, she even took our extra bits so we didn’t need to tidy up ourselves and kept it safe until after our honeymoon. I would absolutely recommend CGM to anyone!! 10/10 service ❤️

Absolutely amazing and almost magical company. They have been incredibly flawless and helpful throughout our wedding process, date arrangements and decoration advice. Were always on call to chat and so very friendly and our wedding day went without a hitch and everyone including the staff at the venue commented on the decoration arrangements. Highly recommend and was a pleasure working with them.

We used CGM Weddings & Events for our wedding invitations, my bouquet, the buttonholes & room decorations and would happily recommend. Julie is extremely creative, full of ideas and has amazing attention to detail. Nothing was too much trouble and she made sure everything looked perfect on the day - this included table changes, removing everything at the end of the night and even setting up some of our own items. An absolute pleasure to do business with for our wedding a couple weeks ago at Chesford Grange Hotel. Julie was amazing from the start, was very accommodating and kept great communication up to and including the wedding day. We met with Julie twice at times that suited us so that she could tailor the decor to our requirements and budget. It was the first time Julie had done an event at Chesford and she was more than happy to deal with them directly. We booked a chocolate fountain, candyfloss machine, popcorn, 360 photo booth and fireworks for my brothers walima function and everything exceeded our expectations! First of all, they were very organised and provided such an amazing service! The chocolate fountain had a huge variety of bites which were all fresh and the popcorn was delicious too. All our family and friends really enjoyed it all, especially the 360 Photo Booth. This was a HIT!!! We had so so so much fun on there and everyone got a chance to have a go. I HIGHLY recommend royal wedding events for your wedding or party functions! We will definitely book them again in the future. Also, just to add, every worker who was there was kind and listened to what we wanted which really made a difference!

I booked Royal Wedding Events for their slush, chocolate fountain, fruit table and 360 booth. Their service is amazing, they are polite and easy to work with. There were no complaint about their service. Would definitely recommend them to everyone and will be keeping them in mind for future events.

We were recommended Kara-Mia as my venue stylist via our wedding planner Beth Fox of the ‘Best Western Plus Hotel Meridian, Solihull’ As this was a secret wedding in the fact the bride was not involved until 10 weeks before the wedding date, Kara understood this and work with myself and gave me advice on what was needed. This wasn’t an ordinary styling for in the fact the bride didn’t have much of input into what was needed, but Kara came through and done a fine job. I would recommend ‘Kara-Mi venue styling’ to anyone.

I am a wedding hair specialist and have taken part in two of the Midlands Online Wedding Fayre's and have just booked the next one! It's a fantastic event to be part of and definitely moving ahead with the times on how things work differently now. I've had bookings from each Wedding Fayre I've taken part in and it's great that future Brides can "meet" me and see what I do from the comfort of their own home!

As a supplier (Magic Wedding - Kev G Magician) I've found the online wedding fayre's 'Midlands Online Wedding Fayre' have run in the last year to be well organised and perfect for couples to be able to find out and hear from a range of suppliers that are able to enhance their special day. The digital supplier brochure is also put together nicely and a great resource to flick through after the event (though you can still go back onto the event page on Facebook and watch all the supplier videos after the fayre date, which is great if you are unable to make the advertised date). A big thumbs up, keep up the good work for couples and suppliers in the Midlands. Thanks.

We have participated in 3 Midlands Online Wedding Fayres, and we are very much looking forward to the next one in March. The event is always advertised well and gives all exhibitors great and fair coverage prior to the event and on the day. The whole event is professionally run by people within the wedding industry so they are aware of what brides and grooms are looking for. This has definitely been a great way of staying in touch with brides and grooms, as no wedding fayres have been allowed to go ahead during this crazy year. This is definitely the way forward, and has found a way of suppliers keeping in touch with newly engaged couple and allowing them to showcase there good or services. We have been with Midlands Online Wedding Fayre since the beginning and have found Tommy, Clare & Laura to be professional, helpful and extremely passionate about making sure all Suppliers are showcased to the max. They are continually marketing, advertising and promoting across all platforms, along with coming up with new ideas to keep the event fresh and entertaining for couples enjoying wedding planning! The Fayre always attracts a huge amount of viewers, proving popular with couples feeling they can relax at home and pick out suppliers without feeling pressured by any Sales patter. Even when some kind of normality returns, we truly believe this Fayre will continue to be favoured by couples whilst moving with the times. Adelle is amazing at what she does. After two lockdown postponements we finally had our special day earlier this year and Adelle styled the venue perfectly and just as we had wanted. Throughout the process she was friendly, professional and very patient. She listened to what we wanted and sourced the vases that we requested for our table display. Adelle was very familiar with our venue and even dressed a table at an open evening there with our chosen designs and colours so we could see exactly what it would look like. She kept in touch during the lockdown, sending out cards & gifts to keep us going. I would recommend Bunting & Willow to anyone looking for beautiful and hassle free venue styling.

Olly and Lydia were simply brilliant. As a nervous groom chatting to Olly beforehand really put me at ease. The recorded message with guests wishing me and my new wife well were amazing and compiled together so well. They help co ordinate and organize people to get the best shots and content possible. Content was made available so fast meaning we could relieve our day whilst it was still fresh in the memory.

Wow, what a dream team! Ollie & Lydia captured our full wedding day in loooads of video clips and photos which will be absolutely treasured and enjoyed by us forever. Their 90 second highlight reel of our full wedding day landed with us the very next day whilst we were still very much on cloud 9, and it made us both cry so much with overwhelming happiness! It is a beautiful edit and will bring us so much joy every time we watch it, forever. Not only that, Ollie & Lydia are such a lovely couple to have around on the day, bringing the good vibes and energy with them! Many of our guests commented what a lovely couple they were. They also worked very well with our photographer and it's so great to have the candid BTS video clips Vs "the photos". Also, we only had one photographer as well as both Ollie & Lydia, so it was great that Ollie was able to go over and capture some photos and videos of the grooms party getting ready in the morning. We were grateful that Ollie & Lydia took time before the wedding with Zoom calls and emails to understand our vision for the day and what we wanted them to capture, so that they didn't miss anything, and this was very reassuring. We knew they'd capture some great content so we didn't have to worry about any of guests taking photos and videos on their phones, leaving guests to fully enjoy the day too. It was only recently that we discovered that wedding content creators were a thing, and we decided to opt for this instead of a traditional wedding videographer... We honestly couldn't be happier with that decision and would recommend anyone considering it to book these two!! Having all of this to look back on forever of the best day of our lives is absolutely priceless and we can't thank them enough! 💖

Having Ollie and Lydia capture our day was nothing short of amazing. From the first meeting they truly understood what we wanted from our wedding day and how we wanted it captured. We didn’t have to ask for anything from them on the day as they knew our timeline and what we wanted. Ollie & Lydia showed professionalism whilst also feeling like friends spending the day making memories with you. We all felt so natural and comfortable with them and the photos showed it. We’re over the moon about the photos and many videos we get to look back on from our special day and that’s all down to Ollie & Lydia. We can’t thank Ollie & Lydia enough. From start to finish they were the perfect duo to capture our special day. They made us feel so relaxed having photos taken which for 2 people who don’t enjoy it that was amazing. Right from the first enquiry, Ollie and Lydia were so friendly and professional. Lydia worked with us to decide what she would capture on our big day, making some brilliant suggestions! Responses were always prompt and polite. On the day itself, Lydia arrived on time and wearing a huge smile, it really was like she was another guest and that felt so lovely. She captured so many photos and so much footage! We have a recording of our entire ceremony which is so amazing, I've lost track of how many times we've rewatched that! The edited videos were incredible, there were some big trendy ones to post on reels etc, and Lydia also surprised us with a bonus "day in the life" video of our little boy!! The photos and videos were sent super fast, and we even received a lovely card in the post which was so nice! Honestly we can't thank you enough for everything.
