We recently had our wedding at Alcott Farm and had the most incredible day! We wanted an outside festival tipi wedding and the Alcott Farm site definitely delivered. The view with the lake was lovely and the field itself is massive so there is lots of room for other activities and games! There was lots of flexibility about what suppliers for the day we could use but Lucy also had a whole list of recommended suppliers which made some things a lot easier too. The run up to the wedding with communication from Lucy, the events manager and other recommended suppliers was brilliant. They made sure every detail was accounted for, checking up on us throughout the whole planning process and after the event. Couldn't recommend Alcott Weddings, Lucy and the team enough, thank you for making our day so perfect!

From the moment I met Lucy, she felt like a friend. Working together to plan my wedding was so much fun, she made the process completely stress free and was always on hand for questions and suggestions. Lucy provided a really fantastic list of suppliers who helped me curate the very best day, from big ticket items such as tipis and catering, to last minute table cloths. The venue is absolutely stunning, beautiful country side and horses make for the perfect back drop for photos and I can attest to the excellent drainage system - we had buckets and buckets of rain and the fields remained flood free!! Don't let the English weather put you off booking Alcott Farm, you'll have the best day rain or shine, I really can't recommend it enough.

To sum up Alcott B&B would be quintessential English country charm inside the guesthouse. Great service from Berlinda and very a friendly host. The two beautiful white retrievers were the guardians and were very soppy 😀 I stayed for one night and made full use of the adjoing fishery which was very well kept and tidy. A great weekend Alcott Farm. If you like horses, you'll be in your element!

We had our wedding party at Alcott in August 2023. We had such a memorable day and we’re so pleased that we chose this venue for the occasion. The location is stunning, set in the peaceful countryside, easily accessible by road with plenty of space and parking. It was perfect for our casual festival-style wedding. From enquiry to D-day Lucy and Lindsay were a pleasure to work with, between them they made sure that we had everything organised before the big day. Would definitely recommend!
