Very clean, professional staff, I popped there yesterday to pick up a script for my dogs 🐕 and advised reception that I had concerns about my little pom not eating much lately and worried if she had lost weight and the staff member offered to weigh her there and then to put my mind at ease. Very happy with these vets.
The Vet didn't get the message that she couldn't do the allergy test! Only had to pay single appointment fee. Better day than I thought it would be.
I took my cat here yesterday, due to a concern with her eye. The vet was excellent she took her time to explain the possible treatment and concerns regarding the eye. I love this practice and feel assured my cat is in safe hands.
An absolute wonderful vets, everyone is so kind and caring towards patients and there owners, my cat Simba went in for a neuter yesterday morning and the lovely vet talked me through the process and kept him calm, so thank you to everyone who was involved with simba yesterday absolutely will be bringing him back every single time 😁
