We sadly had our Cocker Spaniel put to sleep today at the Witham St.Hughes practice. The vet Lizzy was amazing. So gentle with her and kind to her and us. I can't thank Lizzy enough she made an unbearable situation bearable. An amazing vet and compassionate human being. Thank you so much.

First time using this vets as I usually use the Hykham one... The staff have been above and beyond helpful. The vet took the time to answer my questions and give me lots of helpful information. She took the time needed with my skittish Cat and tried not to stress him further while talking to him. She answered some questions about a new pet I am intending to register, and very helpful answers to both neutering and bonding. The staff out front where really helpful with extra advice about calming plugins and sprays and advice on calming tablets for a future stressful event. The vets practice has a disabled accessible door with no steps. Inside is clean, tidy and welcoming with animals separated on different sides of the waiting area. Overall a fantastic visit. Polite, kind, welcoming staff who are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks!

I registered my ageing cat with Park View when we moved to this area 4 years ago and have been more than satisfied with the service we have received during Lucy's final years. Friendly, courteous staff - both admin and clinical - and I loved the dog-free waiting area for cats. The annual pet care plan is an absolute bargain, especially if your pet needs regular prescriptions as this entitles you to a discount. Recently had to take Lucy on that last, sad one-way trip and the care both she and I received was so warm and kind. My beloved cat had the gentlest possible end and I was cared for, too. Thank you, Andrea and Sarah. I have just taken on the care of two homeless middle-aged moggies and will be registering them with Park View today.

Very Friendly, Professional and Modern Vets. Had to book in our 8 year old dog for a "MOT" and to check a muscular injury. We managed to get an appointment quickly, he was seen to quickly on the day of the appointment and given a thorough check up and a good fuss for good measure! Prescribed a quick course of tablets for the muscle pain and within 3 days he was back to his usual mad cap self! Excellent value for money and this will certainly be our Vets for many years to come

Being new to the area, Lincoln Edge Vets were chosen purely on their positive reviews. Our dog was getting increasingly poorly and when contacted they registered and offered an appointment with minimal delay. It was clear that the Vets genuinely cared for our dog, and over the course of 2 weeks not only tried all options available but were always accommodating for short notice appointments. Unfortunately, it transpired that there was nothing they could do to help our dog and the decision was made, in the best interests of our dog, to put her to sleep. They were professional yet empathetic during a time of sadness to our family. Prioritising our needs over closing time of the Vets to ensure we had our chance to spend some final minutes with our pet. They couldn't have done more and it was appreciated. On collecting the ashes from the Vets, we were touched to find they had given sympathy cards from the practice complete with paw prints as a memento from our dog. Fur cuttings were also given which we weren't expecting but again were a nice and appreciated gesture. Cannot recommend Lincoln Edge enough. They have been outstanding and can see why they have only 5 star reviews. We're so appreciative of their help and support and made a very sad period that bit easier.

Doctor Elena treated my elderly dog for an ear infection. He is quite nervy but she handled him very well, cleaned his ear and then administered a single dise treatment so as to jot have to repeat daily which would stress him. Very caring and kind. Would recommend.

Cannot praise everyone here enough! Quite literally saved Rue’s life! Following a traumatic experience with the vet I was registered with these guys saw us straight away, treated Rue straight away and the level of compassion and empathy for myself, family and my beautiful cat was exceptional! They were always honest with that the prognosis was poor but worked tirelessly to to overcome all the obstacles Rue’s condition (blocked bladder) presented for the 4 days he spent in their care. They would be getting this glowing review whatever the outcome but I’m elated to say all of their had work paid off and Rue is home, healthy and happy! And I will always be eternally grateful!

Although I had my own vet, and a dog that was Insured, a week before Christmas she got so unwell I had to take her in, treatment consisted of what I could pay for and not what she actually needed!! They wouldn’t even give her antibiotics as I couldn’t pay for them so this amazing vets was found via a million phone calls and emails all over the place, and they found a solution for us, they even took my insurance policy and claimed direct so I didn’t have to find the money first! Something my own vets Wouldn’t do! And the vets are very thorough, it’s all about the well-being of animals and not money. Needless to say this is now my new vets

This isn't the first time I've said this, but the staff on reception really make this vets the best one I've been to. So often I've encounter coldness on a vetinary reception but not here, not only are they warm and friendly, but they're so personalable and easy to talk with. We all have that feeling of wanting to do right by our pets whilst being anxious about the cost of vet fees, and I know we all feel that pressure and doubt whilst a vet tells us everything they're going to do and prescribe that we wonder about the cost and necessity of. But after my appointment the receptionist was so understanding and non-judgemental, she gave me time to think about each item and was forthcoming with individual pricing so that I could pick and choose by priority. She gently upsold me by noting the 10% discount from the pet plan without making me feel pressured. I really hope the staff are treated with the respect and appreciation they deserve because this truly is a make-or-break for which vet service I use.

Fantastic surgery. All the staff including the receptionists and the vet were attentive to my needs and they really cared well for my pet. There were no hidden extras in the price either. The vet was excellent explaining everything clearly and giving me options to consider. I am very grateful to this surgery who are 100% better than the previous one I went to. Can't recommend them enough.

Although this vet surgery did not know me or my little dog, when she died last week my daughter in law brought her here and asked them to cremate her. ( I was too upset to arrange anything and my normal vet was closed) These lovely people could not have been kinder and handled it for me with the utmost sensitivity. I would highly recommend them.

We called and they booked us in for 7am. They were very quick at processing us and the vet was at hand immediately. Her diagnosis was good, but our options were zero. The cat need X-rays, stitches and general anaesthetic. Because they close at 8am we had to go back to our own vets. £375 later and some pain relief we left with our cat as we started.

Fantastic service at Vets Now Emergency- from the moment we were greeted at the door, to leaving. All staff were polite, calming, explained everything clearly and were reassuring. They were so lovely with my puppy and helped with the issue of him swallowing a sock whole! Highly recommend and if ever we needed to call them again I know my puppy would be in great hands!

On Saturday afternoon, my GSD Belle experienced an allergic reaction. Since all the veterinary clinics were closed, I contacted Vets Now and spoke with a courteous representative who advised me to bring Belle in. The entire staff at the clinic was exceptionally kind and supportive, providing excellent care for Belle. The veterinarian was reassuring and provided valuable guidance. I highly recommend their services. Thank you all so very much for taking very good care of Belle and myself. Belle is so much better now.

Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the house A creature was stirring, but not a little mouse. While everyone sang carols at midnight mass, A border terrier searched for a little food tax. The stockings were hung by the chimney with care, He gave them a good sniff, but no luck there. He gazed at the fridge, stuffed full of goose, Impossible to reach, his paws were no use. But lo what is this tucked under the tree? A whole bar of dark chocolate, just for me. Tail wagging, teeth gnashing, he wolfed down the lot, Paper and all - getting caught he would not! Or so he thought, but he must have left a trace, Now everyone’s staring at him with horror on their face. Bundled into the car, he’s whisked away, Hurtling through the night like Santa and his sleigh. At the end of his journey, no presents await, Just a feeling in his tummy that isn’t so great. The feeling gets worse as the doors are flung open, And out he gets at ‘Vets Now Lincoln’. As he lifts his gaze, he’s met with an awesome sight, Two heavenly beings, all dressed in white. Christmas angels decked out in latex gloves and veterinary degrees, He’s never seen vets as kind as these. After some poking and prodding and more stern looks, He realises his mistake and what’s on the books. As he watches the chocolate come back in reverse, Not a thought has he for his owner’s poor purse*. He thinks only that next time he munches midnight snacks, He must do better at covering his tracks. After 45 minutes in the vet’s tender care, It’s time to go home, it’s the end of the scare. Or so he thought, but he’s scored one last own goal. Rather than scraps of goose or potato, his Christmas Day meal is 6 doses of activated charcoal. The vet and the nurse couldn’t have been kinder, But when leaving a terrier, here’s a gentle reminder: Hide the dark chocolate, don’t let them take a bite. Happy Christmas to all, and to all a good night! * This was actually phenomenally good value for a 1am emergency trip to the vet on Christmas morning. Enormous thanks to the truly angelic vets who saved Christmas!
