Reviews
I've been going to Mr Brown for years, initially with our family dog and now with my cat. Mr Brown is great at his job and genuinely loves what he does, he doesn't do it for profit he does it because he cares. I find it very hard to believe some of these reviews about him being 'rude'. He's a great veterinarian and is doing a great service to the community through his work. I recommend him to everyone and will continue to do so for as long as he is in practice.
Cannot thank Mr Brown and the lovely ladies at the veterinary for the care they gave to my dog Ollie. Very professional and reassuring for me as his owner. When it was time for Ollie to go he left with dignity and compassion, through to him being returned to us. I would recommend anyone that has any pet to seek out mr brown as we are truly grateful for all they did for us. πΎππΆ
Mr Brown has been my vet for many years. No nonsense, straight talking and always very reasonable fees. Truly cares about his patients. Highly recommended.
Love Mr Brown's surgery, it definitely has a family feel to it no matter if talking to a receptionist over the phone or actually taking a pet in to be seen Mr Brown's π― focus is what's best for the animal leaving no room for any nonsense in his practice. He's there solely to make the animal better not the human and he's certainly not interested in making a huge profit for himself. Things can come across as a little bit sharp in tone when giving diagnosis but all in all he's exactly what I want when my animals need a vet - straight to the point with no frills attached. With a lifetime of experience in animal care behind him I can't imagine there's much of any issue a animal could be suffering with that he's not seen time and time again before. It's a shame other vets haven't got the same values as Mr Brown because the highest profits should never be the priority when caring for animals
I have previously used the popular larger vets, I tried mr brown because I felt if I took my dog to my usual vet I would be taken for a ride, itβs always we will try this blood test then this blood test , it as if they need blood tests to do their work for them . Not Mr Brown he knew straight away was the problem was and what treatment was needed, he wasnβt very chatty on first occasion but the more you see him he does have a chat. I have never ever seen him loose his temper & he is so caring to all the animals he sees. I will definetly be returning with my pets.
