Absolutely brilliant. My family have been coming here for years and have never had anything bad to say. We recently brought our cat in, he suddenly got sick and it was very scary due to past experiences. A lady there called Claudine took amazing care of him, gave him a mixture of meds that sorted him right out and made us feel so at ease. The vets there in general are lovely, experienced, knowledgeable and will explain everything to you. Can’t recommend enough

I wanted to share one of a few lovely experiences at Ashfield house Long Eaton. My Jack Russell was seen same appointment with vet Charlotte. Arriving at the reception desk on 25/11 met by both lovely ladies. Called through early by Charlotte who was wonderful, gentle, welcoming and informative. She was patient and swift with the urine testing and bloods. I was called the following morning with results and detailed instructions including when she was in practice for me to speak to her if need. Thank you all, I’m always just as nervous at Pippa! Great vets friendly staff really good with molly she gets nervous round strangers but they are so calm with her ...molly is happy going to the vets which makes me happy 😊

We have been using these vets for many years. They have always been helpful and compassionate during our visits. Through happy times and sad. Just posting this in memory of our beautiful girl Lilly, who we sadly had to say goodbye to. So young, 6/5/21 - 19/2/23. We were given as much time as needed with her, and they sorted all the arrangements after. Thank you so much to all the staff involved ❤️

The appointments run on time, the staff are really friendly and helpful, the whole practice is spotlessly clean. One dog is a typically nervous, don't like being touched or prodded and can't get out fast enough, Collie X Lab. The other is a typically, don't care, walks in and goes straight on the scales and sits to be weighed, don't mind being handled because it's fuss, has her inoculation or kennel cough and a treat, Fox Red Labrador X with something else big. The vets understand the individual dog and act accordingly, reducing the stress. I would recommend this practice.
