Extremely pleased with the advice and help I was given. I explained what was happening to my washing machine. He told me what I needed to do to check the drain pump and he was right! Saved me time and money because he helped me without needing a call out fee. He told me exactly what precautions I needed to take to avoid flooding my kitchen. No spare parts required. No cost. Fantastic service. No more expensive than large stores but a much better experience. From purchasing my new washing machine to having it delivered and installed. plumbing in the washer it was discovered instead of an easy switch from old to new washing machine the taps had to be renewed. This was dealt with and everything was also cleaned behind washer. I can't recommend them enough and to receive such personal service in today's world was fantastic. We took are microwave for a estimate to be repaired. Unfortunately was not worth repairing and the company we purchased it from was not helpful(Tesco Direct). We spent a while in Stuart Wallace deciding on what to do, after a lot of help we finally made a purchase got a little discount and a free extended warranty. I have to say how nice it is to go to a shop, speak to someone and get advice.Something that can’t be done on line! Thank you, for your help. I will definitely recommend you.

Phoned for advice about getting a washing machine repaired. Was given some instructions to try first. Have got it working in a fashion and now testing it so to speak.
