The service was incredible, I rang and he came and inspected and quoted me within 24 hours. The information he sent was clear and understandable and as a female on my own (having dealt with many a cowboy builder lately) it really reassured me of how professional and clear he was. I had the whole roof of my bay window replaced, they were done really efficiently, incredible quiet considering the work being done and happy and polite the whole time. Having had several local roofing companies coming out to look at a damp patch on our bedroom wall where the chimney was and being told we needed a whole new roof then never contacted us again we were delighted when Michael quoted and advised us all we needed was vents and a cowl on the chimney. He also replaced some loose tiles on the roof which the wind had lifted and all for a fraction of the cost we were expecting. Great communication and work.
