Michael and his team have recently removed 3 chimneys and installed a complete new roof for us and to say we are impressed is an understatement. The quality and standard of work is second to none. Michael came to survey our new roof extension and immediately advised us not to follow our architects drawings, which had a design showing a deep valley gutter next to the main house and would have meant that all the rain water from the new roof would have flowed towards the house. He redesigned our new roof so all the rain water would flow away from the house. After we informed him that we had lost our builder, Michael took full responsibility of everything and went on to carry out an incredible job at a very reasonable price. We are absolutely over the moon with his and his team’s friendly and professional attitude. The roof on the extension also has 2 x 3.5 mt glass lanterns which Michael built the timber frameworks for and at a last minute change by us, he also added a front and rear overhang. Needless to say the completed the work, it looks fantastic and is 100% fit for purpose. Michael has been learning his trade for many years and his experience shows. I’m not the type of person to write a review about anything or anyone. But 3 months after he finished the job, I’m still smiling. If you want a new roof of any description or design, you need to take my advice and call Elite Roofing and let Michael come and take a look. AMAZING !!! 😃😃😃😃

Used Elite to install a rubber roof on our extension / orangery. From the moment I first spoke with Michael he was knowledgeable and gave good advice on the project as a whole. The work itself has been completed to a high standard. Nothing was too much trouble and despite the weather being against us Michael & Craig stayed late and worked hard to complete the job in time and on budget. Nick was great. I was worried, as I'd had bad experiences before him. Quality work on our whole house fibre glass flat roof. Such a relief. No more worry when it rains. Asked for payment in 3 lots, which again, was fine. All workmen pleasant. He's already done my friends roof, she was happy too. Would definitely recommend. Our roof guaranteed for 20 years.

We had our original slate roof completely redone after it took some major damage in the recent winter storms. Liam had some of the team out within a day to get us watertight until the works could be started. The team working on the house were very friendly and professional seeing the job done to a high standard ensuring we were happy with the results. Very reasonably priced for a great job, would thoroughly recommended them.

Lords have been fantastic once again. I called with a minor tile problem which was causing a leak and Liam managed to fit me in the next day due to a cancellation being in the local area. The job was done in quick time and we’re really happy with the outcome and professionalism of lords once again. They’ve been to our house a couple times now over the years and same for my parents. Couldn’t recommend Lords Roofing & Sons enough. We had complications along the way as structural engineering drawings were missing calculations for beams needed. Thanks to Liam and his lads for spotting this, as this would have been a very costly mistake. We are very happy with how the extension hipped roof looks. Liam and his lads have given us loads of tips and advice as this is going to be a self build / renovation project.

I have just had Dalton Roofing re-point my chimney stack including replacing 4 broken roof tiles. They did a neat job of repointing etc to a very high standard, cleaned my gutters afterwards and swept my path and back yard. The roofers were very professional and decent lads who respected my property. As agreed by Dalton Roofing and myself, they roofers took before and after close up photos of the chimney stack. The admin team always kept me updated by email. I know this day and age finding a trustworthy roofer can be very difficult at times which is why I fell lucky finding Dalton Roofing. Prior to finding Dalton Roofing I had been messed about by a few roofing companies who were a bunch of greedy time wasters. Dalton are reasonably priced and work to a very high standard. I am very happy and feel rest assured that my chimney stack is structurally safe. Thank you Dalton Roofing.

Excellent customer service from Dalton Roofing, especially Ruby, who took my enquiry, and Phil, who came out. Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with another company. I paid them £100 for a roof inspection, and they quoted me hundreds of pounds for repairs that they deemed necessary, to put the roof in good order. The quote was rather vague, and I felt that it was leading to them finding more problems, and therefore charging me much more, if I agreed to them completing the work. I contacted Dalton Roofing, and explained my problem. My insurance company were insisting on a report, and work done, if it was deemed necessary, or my insurance would be invalid. This had to be by a reputable company who are part of a confederation. Thankfully my neighbour suggested contacting Dalton Roofing, which I did. Ruby was helpful on the phone, and arranged for Phil to visit the house today. He was very helpful, professional, and friendly. His inspection resulted in me being told that the roof is in good order, with no faults or problems, and will last for many years. Phil has restored my faith in decent, honest, and reliable companies, who are keen to maintain an excellent reputation. I will use Dalton Roofing if I need any work carried out in the future, and will be happy to recommend them to family and friends. Thanks Phil, I can sleep a lot better tonight.

Steve and Rob did a sterling job on reroofing our conservatory. The fibreglass looks great. They replaced the rotten joists with new bigger ones. we can now safely walk on the balcony above! They were on time and very nice guys. Rained heavily during the work but there were no leaks at all as they ensured the roof was well covered. Cleared everything away nicely too. I’d definitely recommend Tommy and Midlands Roof Repairs. They replaced a couple of very tired valleys for me and did a thorough and tidy job, as well as a few other bits and pieces that needed sorting out. They turned up when he said they would for both the quote and the work, which was really important to me. The job was done more quickly than had been planned, so Tommy knocked quite a bit off the final bill. Very happy with the final result. A professional, trustworthy and friendly roofer.

We had Tommy and his team out today to replace some of our roof ridges and do some re bedding. An absolutely and perfectly executed job by these guys with an impeccable level of professionalism from start to finish. The price was very reasonable, what I was quoted was what I paid, absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone needing roofing maintenance.

Worried they wouldn't turn up due to Storm Dudley coming but they turned up early to complete the work before the storm got too bad and wasn't disappointed as it was great quality work by them.

Steve and his team provided an excellent service from the first call to request a survey and quotation to the work being done. The survey was completed using a drone showing the damaged areas on the roof. Quotation was provided swiftly and work completed within a week. Hopefully the need does not occur again soon but would be more than happy to use SPH Roofing again.

I had the pleasure of hiring Steve and his team to do a full roof installation, replacing all the old existing tiles and roofing felt. I have been having leaking issues due a poor dry ridge installation in 2017. After doing extensive vetting and meeting the team I was very confident that I have found the right team. First impressions are important to me, this was maintained from start to finish and I believe they worked on my home like it was their own. Kurt, Lewis, Regie and Jamie were very polite (even when I got their names wrong consistently), genuinely attentive and patient when I asked a lot of questions about what they were doing and why. Each time I left settled and more confident that the work was in good hands, night and day compared to work the that was done previously. Before finishing off the day the team would make sure the surrounding site was clean and tided from debris. I have since (and evening during the work) had neighbours complimenting, admiring the hard work and professionalism the team displayed. I’m very critical and fussy but the final result is ‘perfect’. I have no issue recommending SPH Roofing to any friends and family. Now I just need it to rain so it’ll wash some of the dust off the new tiles haha. Thanks again SPH, Super job.

Dean has been to my roof a few times over the last few years. Original 1900 roof and really needs replacing but he manages to keep sorting it for me. Always cleans up after and reasonably priced.

Had a few slipped tiles, called a few roofers and DJ Roofing was the only one to call back. He explained he had another job to do and could do the work the following week. The following week he turned up, excellent service, great communication, great price. If any roof work is needed again, I will definitely call them

Can’t recommend GB Roofing enough. Gav really knows his stuff. We had issues with our roof lining which has been sorted and various repairs all over. Will be using for a full reroof eventually but for now we are water tight. We have used on several occasions and wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Staff are punctual, polite and very trust worthy. I caused a slight delay trying to get a solar panel company to fit brackets. Danny was very patient and in the end fitted the brackets for me. Not many companies will go the extra mile like that. Danny, Gavin & Wayne did an excellent job sorting out tiles that had slipped down the roof due to bad weather and installing new dry verge units (roof edge caps). They arrived on time each day, did an excellent job, which has to be seen to be believed, cleaned up after themselves and were thoroughly professional in the way they worked, as well as being very friendly. If you need any roofing job, we would highly recommend them. A very professional team.
