I have had my outdoor building's roof (34 sqmtr) done from Burton Flat Roofing. Replacing felt roof with rubber roof including sub boards and finishing trims. Outdoor building now looks fantastic and pleasing to the eye, as the finish is spot on. Lee and his team arrived and completed on time. No mess was left behind, as they kept on tidying my patio and garden area as they were progressing with the new roof. Great job carried out by Lee, so will use again for any future projects or call outs.

Lee and Jordan replaced our leaking felt flat roof with a rubber roof, repointed a valley, replaced a few broken tiles and corrected some guttering. Lee and Jordan completed everything to a very high standard, cleaning up as they went along. Fantastic job delivered by Lee and his team today. Called Burton Flat Roofing couple of weeks ago to get a qoute for my outdoor building roof and also to have a look at my bathroom roof as a water leak developed over some time, affecting ceiling underneath. Before getting a competitive qoute, Lee had a good look at the current state of both of my roofs and then recommend what needs replacing and changing, rather than just getting a qoute from someone just looking at the roof from bottom up and giving a price going through the roof! Lee and the Team turned up on time and done a great job, exceeding expectations. So, would recommend to anyone and use again for flat roofing.

I contacted Simon and he came round to give me a quote on a leaking flat roof. The quote price was as expected. Due to the weather his team could not do the repair on my flat roof straight away, but as soon as the weather improved and he could fit my repair in he sent his team round. 3 of them came and i could not fault them. They were all polite and kept me informed. The job was completed in a day but a a small area was missed. As soon as i spoke to Simon the day after when he came to take payment he understood and sorted the missed area straight away with no issues and before i had to pay. His team came round within half an hour and fixed the missed area. Brilliant. All rubbish was cleared from my drive as promised and the flat roof looks so good now. Lee has done a number of jobs at our property, the latest (Oct 2020) being rebuilding/repointing our 2 chimneys and rebuilding part of an existing extension (which had been bodged previously by someone else). We will definitely use Lee again when we next need building or roofing work done. He's open and honest about what needs to be done, does work to a high standard and for a fair price.

Great to have the job done by professionals who take great pride in the quality of their work. The main job was replacing the lead flashing around the chimney of our Victorian terrace but they also replaced the flaunching which had been done very poorly recently by someone else, repaired some roof battens and replaced some slates. All work was of an excellent standard and Lee's lead work is outstanding. They were punctual, very polite and friendly and worked hard. Highly recommended.

We had a leak on an old tiled roof above our bathroom. Lee responded quickly to my message and came to look. He identified the problem and took photos to help explain what work needed doing. He told me what the options were and his quote was very reasonable. The job was finished to the highest standard, well repointed, good quality replacement tiles and felt. He was polite in dealing with us and our neighbour. Lee cleared away all the rubble after the job was done. This is the second time that he has done work for us, I would definitely recommend him as a reliable, honest, knowledgable and professional builder.

I found Dan on Google after a few failed attempts at getting someone to come and redo the roof on my garage and replace my soffits and fascias. Dan was professional from the outset. He was prompt to come out and the quote he gave was extremely competitive. Although Dan was fully booked at the time, he kept in touch with me to let me know when he was available to come and do the work. Having had a number of companies either not turn up or quote extortionate prices, it was a relief to experience such a professional and reassuring approach. The work itself was completed in a timely fashion and to a high standard. This included the fitting of new PVC fascia, soffits, gutters, pipes and dry verge system on the house, plus new PVC fascias, gutters and installation of a Firestone rubber roof on the garage. All the old roofing and fascia waste was taken away and the area was left clean and tidy once the work had been completed. Dan and his dad were fantastic throughout the process and I could not recommend them highly enough!

I had the pleasure of hiring Steve and his team to do a full roof installation, replacing all the old existing tiles and roofing felt. I have been having leaking issues due a poor dry ridge installation in 2017. After doing extensive vetting and meeting the team I was very confident that I have found the right team. First impressions are important to me, this was maintained from start to finish and I believe they worked on my home like it was their own. Kurt, Lewis, Regie and Jamie were very polite (even when I got their names wrong consistently), genuinely attentive and patient when I asked a lot of questions about what they were doing and why. Each time I left settled and more confident that the work was in good hands, night and day compared to work the that was done previously. Before finishing off the day the team would make sure the surrounding site was clean and tided from debris. I have since (and evening during the work) had neighbours complimenting, admiring the hard work and professionalism the team displayed. I’m very critical and fussy but the final result is ‘perfect’. I have no issue recommending SPH Roofing to any friends and family. Now I just need it to rain so it’ll wash some of the dust off the new tiles haha. Thanks again SPH, Super job.

Steve and his team provided an excellent service from the first call to request a survey and quotation to the work being done. The survey was completed using a drone showing the damaged areas on the roof. Quotation was provided swiftly and work completed within a week. Hopefully the need does not occur again soon but would be more than happy to use SPH Roofing again.

I don't normally leave reviews, but credit where credit's due! I had a leak in my roof and they were out in no time, they waterproofed it all and then came back to do all the repairs. Great service, great price and very professional. They even dealt with the wasp nest that I had living between my tiles and the felt despite getting stung themselves! Paul showed me the damage, explained what needed doing and sent me photographs to show all the work being done. As well as being a professional, Paul is the best roofer, has a heart of gold and a really competitive price - you should really use this company!!

We were delighted with the company when they came to repair our storm damaged chimney. The assessment was thoughtful and detailed; the estimate reflected this and arrived immediately. The work was done a few days later by the team who were friendly, business-like and efficient. We like the results very much and everything was tidy (including removal of the scaffolding by the company they regularly use) four days after work began. In particular there was absolutely minimal damage to the treasured plants in our crowded garden. What more could you ask.

Danny, Gavin & Wayne did an excellent job sorting out tiles that had slipped down the roof due to bad weather and installing new dry verge units (roof edge caps). They arrived on time each day, did an excellent job, which has to be seen to be believed, cleaned up after themselves and were thoroughly professional in the way they worked, as well as being very friendly. If you need any roofing job, we would highly recommend them. A very professional team.

Danny came out on a bank holiday weekend to quote for ridge tiles on my parents house. The the team carried out the work, they were very polite and professional . Everything was left tidy afterwards. I would recommend these guys.

Had seen the work of these guys , as they did the the roof of my friends who live across from us . They have now done a brilliant job on our roof , including repointing both chimneys and replacing all architraves and gutterings and down pipes .They we’re very good with keeping everything clean and tidy too . Can’t recommend GB Roofing enough. Gav really knows his stuff. We had issues with our roof lining which has been sorted and various repairs all over. Will be using for a full reroof eventually but for now we are water tight. We have used on several occasions and wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Staff are punctual, polite and very trust worthy.
