“Andrew and his team have done several jobs at my home, including replacing our roof in 2021. The quality of workmanship is always excellent. It's no secret to his clients that Andrew is a perfectionist, and that shows in every job he does. But as well as first-class work, Andrew explains everything he does, and is keen to show the work as it progresses (you get a great view of your property from up on a scaffold!). As a customer, I am also reassured by the fact that whenever I've had any issues after the work has been completed (which is rare), Andrew responds immediately to contacts and invariably calls round to check in. “Excellent customer service from Dalton Roofing, especially Ruby, who took my enquiry, and Phil, who came out. Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with another company. I paid them £100 for a roof inspection, and they quoted me hundreds of pounds for repairs that they deemed necessary, to put the roof in good order. The quote was rather vague, and I felt that it was leading to them finding more problems, and therefore charging me much more, if I agreed to them completing the work. I contacted Dalton Roofing, and explained my problem. My insurance company were insisting on a report, and work done, if it was deemed necessary, or my insurance would be invalid. This had to be by a reputable company who are part of a confederation. Thankfully my neighbour suggested contacting Dalton Roofing, which I did. Ruby was helpful on the phone, and arranged for Phil to visit the house today. He was very helpful, professional, and friendly. His inspection resulted in me being told that the roof is in good order, with no faults or problems, and will last for many years. Phil has restored my faith in decent, honest, and reliable companies, who are keen to maintain an excellent reputation. I will use Dalton Roofing if I need any work carried out in the future, and will be happy to recommend them to family and friends. Thanks Phil, I can sleep a lot better tonight.”

“I called RW Roofing when I noticed a leak into my loft. They came round promptly and put me a quote together for repairing that and for some other work that needed doing but I had been putting off; replacing the top 3 rows of roof tiles and replacing the flat roof on a bay window. The work started the following week and was done to a high standard, the replacement lead flashing on the chimney stack was done very neatly. They also repaired some pointing on the chimney and the flaunching that they only saw once the work had started. The guys who came to do the work were all very polite and just got on with things in a professional manner. There is a 5 year guarantee on the mortar work and a 20 year guarantee on the flat roof in the event of any issues down the line. I have recommended RW Roofing to some of my friends who are planning on having some roof work done and I would use them again.”
